I've been buying games everywhere from Facebook, ebay, GameStop, offer up and mercari. I have to say this site is honestly straight forward! The games all seem pretty great for a good price! I thought it was sketchy at first but turns out it's pretty great and as long as I get the game I want im cool with it and damn it's fast shipping too.

I bought from Ecrater once before and it went very well. I bought from Ecrater again expecting it to go well again. I never received the item I purchased which technically isn't Ecrater's fault. It's the seller's fault. It sounded like, after talking to a representative, that they have no control over funds processed by sellers which sounds very odd to me. They told me that I would have to go through PayPal to get a refund. It's not worth the hassle to me. I would never trust Ecrater with my money again. Buying from Ecrater is fine as long as you don't run into problems.

I have bought many times and most of the shops here are quite punctual. Also, they have a very good customer support team.

I love shopping there, lots of unique items for a reasonable price, never had a bad experience in over 15 years. It has to be pointed out that there are a lot of amateur sellers on this site and many of foreign sellers too. Make SURE that the shop you are buying from has at least 98% positive feedback. I also check for where it ships from. I personally don't want to wait a month for my items to arrive. Due diligence!

The installation went perfect. I had a problem with activation of the product, but the seller Yan One was extremely helpful, he immediately responded with his help, so the activation had been completed in no time. I am very thankful to the seller, would recommend him to everybody.

My flag is awesome and when I checked the tracking and seen it was delivered in Florida instead of Texas I was a upset but I contacted them and they emailed back immediately and realized the wrong tracking had been provided and gave me the right tracking and it was delivered the next day

I ordered a product even used PayPal and never received it. Also I wasn't able to cancel my payment through PayPal. Will never use this site again.

Excellent service. Forgot to ask for name and number on shirt, contacted seller and shirt arrived named and numbered AND with number on shorts. Grandson overjoyed.

Problem with 1st package. Ecrater quickly remedied the situation and sent a new product to me. Would definitely buy from them again!

This is an online marketplace so your mileage may vary on the service you receive depending on the seller. My experience was good with my purchase.

When I showed the dvd to an actor friend who knows of the movie he said the one I had was very rare.

They offer no customer support for their countless scam victims, and they also refuse to remove sellers with countless negative reviews saying people never get their orders. Just use ebay or something, this site is a rip off of ebay with worse support.

Purchased Office 2016 for really good price. The transaction and install were very easy. No problems with the activation key, which I half expected given the price.
