I have a ecrater site which they refuse to submit to google making it useless could be good no communication what so ever you can email them forever and get no response too bad if I don't make sales they don't make money completely stupid

Bad from start to no finish! Poor communication, almost none! Had to threaten to report as a scammer just to get shipping info, or any other communication! Well into almost 40 days, no product! Then received daily texts and emails saying incomplete shipping info " complete crap" please give your credit card info for redelivery! USPS does not do this! Never got product, filled out complaint form, now into near 60 days! Heard nothing! Complete scam! Do not use this company! Unless you like getting ripped off!

I bought an inexpensive watch with the Rolls Royce logo on it. They also asked if I wanted to donate one dollar to the Rolls Royce Foundation. I was very happy to do that. It showed that they were supporting the Foundation and not just using their logo. I received the watch in a very timely manner. It looked great and was very comfortable! I would recommend ECrator in the future and I also look forward to doing business with them in the future! I recommend their Rolls Royce watch as well.

On saturday I ordered a bluray 6 episod serie from seller wjsssales, I went through my order before clicking it as allways. When the item was purchased I checked the order again and realized there were an another adress and not my full last name. So I tried on eight ocasions to contact the seller and ecrater but no respons whatsoever. On monday i received the message that they had sent my item without the right adress and without my full last name. So I tried to contact them again but no respons. I have bought from amazon and ebay many years without problems so It came to mind to check the reviews and in that moment i realized that I was scammed, i wont get neither my item or my money back. Suddenly realised that many many reviewers had gone through the same thing. Had problems with their purchase and tried to contact with no response and thereby lost their tem without a refond. So a very good advice keep far away from this scam company

Ordered on 7/18/23 from a seller names Famess for a bottle of Zupoo. Never got any Information after 2 days of order. Contacted ecrater team and they got a tracking number from seller. We'll the tracking number was a BOGUS tracking number to a different condo as per UPS customer service and photo of delivery and not my apartment. So far 7 emails to ecrater for a resolution and they haven't responded. How do you do that to customers? This is fraud and nobody seeks to care. Horrible
