They were open early so I didn't have to wait. Car had a little damage on the bumper but took a picture and had them note it. No issues with return, brought back half hour late and did not get charged.

We usually use EconomyBookings, but for the sake of proximity to our home, decided to use another several months ago. Not only was the process confusing, but they tried to charge us for not filling the tank when we had filled it. It took phone calls and emails to clear up the confusion

Rented a minivan out of Lafayette Indiana for 8 days. Reserved it online easy and quick. Picked it by showing driver license and swiped credit card and drove away.
