I booked a car. The day before my rental I called to change the time of pickup. After endless going back and forth between the car rental company and EconomyBookings phone support, the EconomyBookings employee on the phone told me to cancel and book again and that support would refund me one. They refused to issue a refund even after repeated back and forth.
A very terrible thing happened to my family on October 8 when we arrived at the rental car company (MEX or +MAS)) in Cancun airport area at 5pm. I paid already and showed the rental car voucher. After waiting for 2.5 hours in the rental car company (MEX or +MAS), they rejected us because they said that EconomyBookings don't pay them. The manager of the rental car company is Jonathan Velazquez. He is the one rejected the rental car service.
My family and I ended up having no car and had to arranged our own transportation from Cancun and go to our hotel in Playa del Carmen. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm.
I called EconomyBookings the next day. They said they need 5 to 28 days to do investigation. They received money fast, but did not provide the service.

This is not the first time I rent a car in this company. I am very pleased with the service and also not with the high price of renting a car. I can say with confidence that if I need to rent a car again, then of course I rent it without any hesitation at the EconomyBookings.
I rented from Dollar in LAX, from Dollar the rate was $164, through EconomyBookings.com they added on full insurance coverage (not approved by me) and took the final total given in Dollars to mean Euros and then converted that to Dollars on my credit card, which made the total $315, plus $10 conversion fee my my bank. Stay away from these people
We picked up a car last weekend. Ollie was the staff member who looked after us.
He was very helpful and pleasant, showed us to the car. Was there also when we arrived back.
The whole process was easy and quick, and the car was immaculate, inside and out.

They are a horrible third-party booking website to rent a car. They Scammed me by selling me a "Full Coverage" for the car that doesn't cover anything. Using confusing wording, I thought I bought a full coverage insurance. But it wasn't,
I was never able to pick up my car with Routes because this car rental company would not sell me insurance at the site because I am a BC resident and that the coverage I bought with economy booking was not covering anything. I had to sleep at the airport, lost my rental and lost my money...
Neither of those companies was helpful at solving my problem, and though the fact that I could not pick the car because of their bad business practices, I never got a refund from Booking Group/ Economy Booking...
They are scammers.
Don't use third-party websites for your bookings. Go straight to the dealers because after, both companies can just wash their hands off by saying it's the other company's fault and they keep your money.

Be careful to rent the car with this company, they charge you additional (obligatory) "Refundable excess" 60 Euros and will not refund it.

This is the first time I used Economy booking as car rental plattform. Nothing to blame everything punctusl and precise. I think it depends on which desk you choose for your car. I prefer always known rental brands and full cover insurance of the desk where you rent the car... less or no problems at all later.
Car Rental. I was really happy with the agency operator Syed Ashraf. He gave me an upgrade and was really friendly and helpful to get my car. I would really recommend him and this Economybookings location to everyone.
Everyone at this location has been SUPER nice; the customer service is amazing. If I was better at remembering names I would try to give each of the people who helped us while we were renting a car (our old one is having some problems) a shout out.
It's dishonest to present yourself on price comparison websites as cheaper than the established firms and then to pile on the extras when the booking has been made and a deposit paid. No point saying that it is in the small print: it needs to be in big print and easy to find. That is honesty.
Really kind and efficient people. I accidentally left a V. A. card at Thrifty, and they called me several times to make sure I got it back! Unusually wonderful people work at Thrifty! NOt so common these days! NO upsell at all!
Similar to other reviews I purchased 'Full Coverage' and car was damaged. Excess was changed by rental company, after multiple emails to the customer support team I'm yet to even receive a response.
While the rental itself was smooth, I truly hope the Full Coverage I paid for is not a scam.
Update - After 5 months I confirm it was not a scam, I finally got responses and I received the insured amount accordingly.

I like the fact that EconomyBookings is now in the Rental Car at O'Hare rather than offsite. Much more convenient! The customer service rep. Was very friendly and helpful, and offered several great tips regarding refueling and tolls. No problem with the car either.
I did rent a car thru this pieceof$#*! company and when I arrived they did not have any car available for rent. Never refund the 80.00 dollars. They closed the case in their favor. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.
Slight flight delay meant that i arrived at the rental desk 30 minutes after pickup time. It took 15 minutes for the rude staff at the airport to announce that my booking had been canceled and that was it. Never ever again.
