I had a problem with no available cars. Booking Group did not change my reservation over so I had to make a 2nd booking to get a car. When I filed for a refund on 1st booking in writing and by phone they told me 5-30 days for answer. At 30 days after several phone calls they refused my refund. I called 3 times from 3 different phone numbers and hung up on all 3 times after being on hold 30 mins each time. They are scammers and LIARS.
When I rented a car with them the paper in bold letters said "Total to pay on arrival" and the amount. After I read this, I concluded that the figure was what I would have to pay when I picked up the car because all other rental companies give you the "Total" figure which includes the rental and the fees and taxes. When I went to the airport they charged me almost 50% more because the "Total to pay on arrival" was not the figure because EconomyBookings gave me the deceptive figure which did not cover taxes and fees. When they say "Total to pay on arrival" it should include the total charges which I would have to pay. Of course they have this deceptive practice because it makes their charges seem less than other competitions. Never use this booking site.
First there was no shuttle at the Miami airport to the rental spot, as promised. We had to pay $20 cab ride instead. Once at the pick-up garage, there was no rental car there for us. The pickup location was a scam staffed by a kid, as they had no vehicle but told us they could get one for extra money. We had to go back to the airport and rent a car from Hertz instead. I rented a car and paid extra so could cancel up to one hour before and get full refund on June Las Vegas trip. I canceled a day before the trip but was still charged $38.69fee. They are a UK company so I have no recourse to get fee refunded.

The airport location closes at 10 PM. Our flight was delayed and landed at 10 of six. So we had to pay a bunch of money to get to our hotel. And then my money to get to the office in Halifax. I had to pay for a day that we missed because of flights. I think 10 PM is too early to close
When I book on line for car in Fort Lauderdale they propose me full insurance cover I took it on place the rent company did not accept to give unless I take a insurance extra cost 380 dollar up my rent. I didn t accept but didn t get the car I sent mail to economy bookings to ask refund I didn t get the car! They still don t answer. It is unacceptable! I don t ket it here.

2nd time used this group and no support. 1st time was waiting 3 hours to be picked up by rental company, support kept saying the car was on the way. Assumed to give a 2nd chance
2nd time rental company said they were closed and left us on Christmas night with no transport. Been waiting 40 days for a refund and no on in customer service is now responding. On the night phoned multiple CS numbers. No one wanted to help. One time got through and lady just hung up.

This was a surprise, showed up as the less expensive place and was really near our hotel, arriving there we were told we were told we got a free upgrade because of the card, everything was very fast, the ladies at the desk were very attentive, car was top notch
I booked a car at Economybookings with a pick up and drop off on different locations. A total price was shown which was decent.
Afterwards the car rental company (Firefly) charged my credit card with a way larger amount than the price at EconomyBookings. They charged me extra because of the different pick up and drop off location. Economybookings says that is correct and is in the Terms and Conditions.
Economybookings already knew in advance that pick up and drop off were different, but they did not show that in their total price.
Conclusion: do not believe the total price they offer. Eventually the costs can be much higher.
The rental process with this specific location is also very pleasant! I arrived and they swiftly got me into my rental and on my way. The condition and function of the rental vehicle far exceeded my expectations.
Jarrad was amazing; very helpful guy. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave very honest advice on all of my options, going through the advantages and disadvantages of rent to buy or hire.
We were picking up our car on a Saturday but found out Friday night that Jet Blue had canceled our flight. We called Economy Bookings to tell them and they said we had to cancel the car rental and would issue a refund. Of course they refuse now to issue the refund. The worst company I've ever dealt with

They charged a deposit that was never applied to the rental and I had to pay in full. Still haven't returned my money, saying they need to "investigate". They have what they need and they just need to contact their "partner" to clarify. Never book with this company

Booked for rental car but made a plan change. I tried to cancel the booking but according to their website it only provides credit for the next time usage. I called their customer service but the agant said there will be $65 cancellation fee for refund to my credit card. The agent said it is written in the website but I couldn't find and only I saw was "Free Cancellation until date/month/year " when 48 hours before the booking. It can be my mistake not catching this extreme charge disclaimer but I felt so being deceived.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
