EconomyBookings rental car is the worst company that I met for 45 years of car rental. Their objective is just to get their percentage on businesses they make with companies with which they subcontract the car rental. They don't care at all of their customers. My experience last September in UK with them: for a 15 days rental cost of £170, I was charged £622 for a damage evaluated to £100 by a UK garage. After 1 month of disputes by email, they were not able to provide me with an invoice of the repair. My advice: Avoid renting a car with this ExpensiveBookings company.

Audi Q7

Fun to drive a really nice car, they only have Audi. We got a Audi Q7, WOW. My wife wants to buy one now. We could afford the rental, but not to buy one of these cars so it made it fun to have for a week

Good vehicle

Alltough there was a problem with the pick up time because our flight was delayed, the man from the costumers service made it work. He eben changed something with another couple to be able to give us the car. Vehicle was in good condition.

The EconomyBookings Filippo attendant was ready to assist me and, thanks to him, I managed to rent the car. Don't use them

They have low prices for a reason. I had to cancel my rental and did it online because I couldn't get a hold of any representative. I've tried calling 3xs to discuss my refund but I've been on hold 45+ minutes. I sent an email and had yet to get a response. I'm owed over $300. Use an actual company that will take a small deposit. Not this company that charged everything to my card before I even had the car!

I was price shopping for a rental car and found the best price offered through Economy Bookings for a rental car from Thrifty Car Rental. After I booked the reservation and paid in full I received my rental confirmation email which showed the funds in a foreign currency. I initially panicked and then researched reviews on the company. A deeper degree of panic set in due to all of the negative reviews. Referring back to my confirmation email there was a Thrifty specific reservation number so I went to Thrifty's website to cross-reference the confirmation number and no reservation was found. Intense panic, but then I called Thrifty's customer service and they pulled up my reservation with all the details with no issue. Pick up and return of the rental car was hassle free, prompt and overall a good deal.

As of today, I have now rented twice in the past two months. And I have already booked to rent again in Oct and Nov (2016). I use the rental car for business travel. The quality, performance, and the cleanliness of the cars is superb.

I selected a rental car for New Orleans vacation. The cost quoted was 321.00. After I agreed to the selection the amount on my credit card was 378.00. I asked why this amount was charged on my credit card they said the 321.00 was Euros. I immediately cancelled my reservation. It is now more than 7 months and I have not received my refund.

The company is very good. I use the services of car rental for more than one year. In the middle of the summer was in Poland, ordered a car rental company EconomyBookings, surprised was valuable, very low prices, as for Italy, a big plus-insurance, other companies are more difficult with this. Thanks to the guys from EconomyBookings, for a couple of days managed to solve all the cases, saved a lot of time.

Improve you cancellation policy!
I made this reservation to drive to Nebraska for my daughter's funeral the day before I was going to leaving. Found out the day I would leave that the funeral arrangements had not been secured as I thought the day the reservation was made. When I called to cancel -the booking was cancelled but never told that I would still be charged the $158.00 that I had charged to my credit card. If nothing else I would have picked the car up and kept it for the time that it was rented if I had known that I was paying for it anyway. Dollar Rental Car is a partner in a scam. Remember you Reap what you Sow!

Scam

This company is a Scam, I was never able to pick up the vehicle from the rent a car, they did not answer the phone when I had the problem and then they told me that they could not do the refound for me because it was out of time, even when I sent an email to the company immediately.

Please do not make the mistake of using this service, it is terrible, they leave you with nothing and do not respond.

The best rental and the best cars that I rented for all my time. I will constantly rent cars here! I thought I was renting and I'm going to fall in love, it turned out to be wrong. The car was in perfect condition, everything was clean and the smell was pleasant.

I booked a rental car for a small holiday in Italy. I had paid for this in the Feb for a trip in June. I attempted to change the named driver via the online service and it returned an error message.

I therefore decided to ring their "24/7" phone line online to be told that the car hire had been cancelled and that it was our fault. A brief admission from them that they never had a rental car in the first place for us, rapidly brushed away. As I tried to explain that we would just not change the details I was shouted at and told that I was stupid and why could I not understand that my booking was cancelled!

The call centre operator was called Martin and was based in Latvia. He was rude and abusive to both my partner and myself. He offered a different car at a higher price- that is the scam! Given how appealing the service was and how rude the call centre was I decided to pay the 20 cancellation fee and not give them any more money! Yet to get the money back
