Awesome experience in the last 2 months due a car accident I had to rent over and over AND it was with ease to rent; drop off And I booked online! Now recommending to ALL family and friend

Polite and helpful personel that really cares. Office is close to the ferry. Car was very clean and brand new. Not the exact model that we booked but the same class. Very good service for the price! I reccomend to take as small car as you can in Crete because town streets may be pretty narrow; some regional roads as well

I just wonder why so much people are not satisfied with Kem. 2 weeks ago we arrived Paphos and rent car from Kem; the guy from agancy came to airport to pick up us; was very fast; Suzana was very very friendly nice and polite and gave us very good car; we were very happy and enjoyed it; thank you Suzanna! Overall great experience; however I would suggest that EconomyBookings consider giving their Renters the Car Hire Company's Confirmation Number instead of the EconomyBooking Number. That keeps everyone/everything aligned

While I was apprehensive after reading some of the horror stories; I found the experience perfectly executed. I provided hard copies of the voucher and the desk person accepted it without any quibble. The price was half that advertised on other websites for lesser cars. I will use the service again!

Very happy with Economy booking and the procews of getting a car. When I get there, Thrifty had the information already and had no issues picking up the car. Whole thing took less than 10 mins. Definitely using again

The car I had booked had too low a head clearing and I bumped my head trying to get into car. I asked if I could change out cars (which was a big ask when they are busy). They were extremely understanding and helpful and got me into a taller car which ended up being an upgrade as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved this place!
