The person at the rental desk was very courteous and knowledgeable and had us walking to the car pick up area in 5 or 6 minutes; once we got to the car it was about 2 minutes and we drove off!

I've rented a lot of cars but rarely do I make a note to myself to personally thank individual employees by name. The two I noted at Thrifty New Orleans Airport are Delfina at the desk and Stephfon in the car return area. There were some aggravations but their pleasantness good cheer and helpful natures made all the difference in my decision to rent from Thrifty again

When I returned the car my luggage was heavy. Anthony offered to drive me to the terminal so I would not have to struggle getting my bags on/off the shuttle bus to the terminal. It was wonderful. He took my bags inside too. Top notch service. Hopefully my deposit will be refunded correctly and promptly. If all goes well I would raise my overall impression rating to a 10
