1- The company is located in Europe and only has a call center.
2- I rented a car through the website, and upon arrival to pick up the car, the rental location informed me that the full coverage insurance only covers the car I rented and does not cover the other party. I was told that I needed to purchase additional insurance to cover the other party.
After I had a minor accident on the side fender, when I went to return the car, they told me that I had to first pay the amount that the rental office would request. After completing the repair, I had to provide about 5 documents, including letters, receipts, and a police report. They also mentioned that the maximum amount paid would be only $1,500, as stated in the email they sent, although I hadn't noticed this detail in the email. When I returned to the email, I found that they had written it in very small font, and to this day, three months later, I have not been provided with the amount.

I am very unhappy with the branch Skokie Illinois on Skokie Boulevard they are too expensive my experience with the Morton Grove branch on Dempster in Illinois they were really faithful I turned the car and I have no more to say
I rented a car for my parents on 14th of august 2023 and their flight got delayed, i contacted the car rental office in the airport they arrived in to let them know about the delay but they said that Economy Bookings cancelled the booking with no notice and no reason. I paid 200€ and been trying to contact them since, they responded once and told me to write an email to request a refund and i wrote several emails with the flight details and delay details, i got no response ever since, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM ECONOMY BOOKINGS, they ripped me off 200€ and there is no possible way to contact them, i recommend everyone to book straight with the car company DO NOT BOOK WITH ECONOMY BOOKINGS EVER THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF FROM YOUR MONEY. If economy bookings see this i am a student and still in need for a refund ASAP or you will hear from our lawyer.

Have been renting from EconomyBookings for many years and have always received great service and the lowest prices. Every year I check and every year they beat out other rental companies prices

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
