So much confusion picking up the car. Lady was helpful and kind. We finally straightened everything out because I had prepaid then then instead of the Jeep or like car we got a car. She said it smelled of smoke then we had to go back and start over. I know we were there way over an hour. I put this in the wrong box. It was a gas guzzler but nice car. They knew I had prepaid and the clerk was truly trying to get me a better deal. She was tops but it took forever like she was new. It's ok. You asked so... but I've used this company a whole lot. Will use again Economybookings
Awesome service! I had a geico claim and they took care of me very quickly. Make sure you have a reservation number in order to Expedite the process. I was taken care of by a black gentleman who help me get in and get out within 10 minutes.
This company is cheating.
Very bad company and customer services.
I arrived the airport and they say i need put 1500 euros deposits for 10 days which was not advised before or pay extra 111 euros for insurances instead. I waited one hour because there system was not operational.
I call the after service management and they say it s usually 800 euros. But the car company wanted 1500 for not the real car i asked for, but a lower model.
The customer services even hang on my call after. I try to changed and reduce the booking date because of the 2 hours lost in the airport, it was in fact 2 days and not 3 but they say it s not possible to reduce the renting days.
Very tricky and i would call them a BIG SCAM company.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused service. I was dreading renting a car for a week and it's certainly less painful when you get such great service. I really thought the pricing was very reasonable, too, which was also a nice surprise. I wish more people were as friendly and professional as their agents are.

Staff was cool and during the return process Josiah showed me that he wants my repeat business. Didn't just tell me, but showed me. Dropping me off at home after my rental was over was a big plus. I was planning on walking and they offered, I didn't think to bring it up.
Do not make any reservation with this company.
We rented a high end car on their website and ended up with a cheap car.
As both car were SUV, economy booking was considering that they were similar.
They are not honest when saying that you will have a similar car than the one advertised.
They will not hesitate to stretch the meaning of this word.
Be cautious and avoid at all cost using their platform. Contact the car dealer directly instead.

This company continues to disappoint. Firstly, they take very long to correspond to emails.
I was given a voucher to book a car for a previous error they made. I used to voucher to book for a car at "Bond Street Station." I didn't know there was no Avis here and found out on arrival. I phoned Economybookings to ask for them to change the booking seeing as Avis Bond Street Station did not exist despite their website allowing a booking for a car at this location. They refused to allow me to change to another car rental site. Furthermore, after informing them they refused to refund despite this clearly being their error.

We cancelled our car rental more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, but bookinggroup.com refused to issue a refund. They pretend we asked for a voucher, of course we did'nt, we asked for a total refund of our payment.
We didn't ask for Compensation Voucher, we want our money back!

I booked a car rental with this company and when the voucher was submitted they had charged me for rental which I did not want but they said would credit. However, when the credit card came through no credit and I tried calling and was immediately disconnected. So now I have a voucher that shows car rental without insurance but a credit card charge that shows the price including insurance. I feel this company is not trustworthy.
This site doesn't check the requirements of the car rental provider like for example insurance.
Economy booking provides different information from the actual which causes a lot of trouble.
Please stay away from green motion car rental it is a scam company.

Cheap care rentals! Its too good to be true! I booked a car through Alamo, i got my car, but the took my deposit. Looks like Car rental companies dont work with them. My credit card company had a hard time refunding my money. THEY SUCK! Im a yelper, i usually write great reviews.
Took payment and i never received a booking confirmation. There was no number for customer service to respond to. You call and they say call back. I called the rental company and they gave no reservation for me

The associate at the counter, London was wonderful. She has a great smile and very professional about the service. My flight got cancel due to weather and I decided to drive instead of waiting for the next available flight.

I've used this service before to hire a car, some of the best rates and very clear about what is included and what's not, which is not always the case on some sites. Very easy, quick and trouble free booking.
The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! They had one of the guys drive us to the cruise terminal when we dropped our car off. He was fantastic, young college student wanting to get into the stock market.
They do not answer the phone and took 163 euro from credit card! I made a reservation, cancelled it because i found cheaper, there was supposed to be a 75 euro indemnity! They took all the money. When you try to call them, no answer!
Also the signs "to the Airport" could be improved, I know they have a great deal of work going on at the airport, but I needed a second pair of eyes watching for the signs... BUT. No issues with EconomyBookings. Very good outfit & cars
They were also thoroughly informative while breezing through all the extra details and did not aggressively up sell anything I wasn't interested in. I did purchase the two insurance add-ons, but only because I wanted to.
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
