I bought a quite a few items in the last month or so they're always come very quick within three days. I'm amazed how quick I get them. They're all reasonable and the shipping ain't crazy. I appreciate what they do for us. Trying to keep these old cars on the road. I have a 66 Falcon which I bought multiple parts four and 53 Ford Victoria, thank you for everything.
Call company and got product invoiced, made sure item was in stock. Ordered on November 29th said would be delivered on December 3rd still not delivered and it's now December 5th and no product. Tracking shows package is in Kanas and I live in Kentucky
I worked with Michael in Florida to order some things for my fair Lane. He was awesome and super helpful and knowledgeable very friendly as well.

Purchased white arm rest for drivers side of 1973 Gran Torino Sport last year 2024 from Melissa Wolfe and she was super as could possibly be. Never did get the one for the passengers side: was not in stock in white. Already have black ones that I purchased years ago from you guys when you were Auto Krafters. Wanted dark green but not available.

Website is clumsy to navigate, only has search bar on some pages, they don't have some of the items zip corvette has but they are close enough for local pickup, I like that
Ordered a water pump which did not fit my engine. Called service rep to return item. Was told to keep item and issued a full refund.
I received the part that I ordered, but I also received a set of tie down straps that I did not order, the plastic ties had been cut and the straps were loose inside the box. I will send them back if I get a postage paid return statement.

After reviewing the order, I found that it shipped via Truck Freight, which is the reason for the delay. We had it packaged on Saturday evening after the truck's pickup, which pushed the shipment to not leave until Monday.
