I ordered a textbook for rental. It did not arrive even after the expected delivery date, and tracking information was not working. I waited patiently, thinking there was a delay. I followed up with an email to Customer Service, which just sent me an automated reply telling me to check the tracking number. I chatted with Customer Service, and the agent supposedly checked my order number and told me that it should be delivered the following day. I waited two more days and there was no delivery. I contacted Customer Service again via chat, and this time the agent said the item must have been lost in transit. I did not receive fair customer service for this order and no longer trust this company.

I would definitely recommend this company. I rented a book for my daughter's college class. It looks like it is brand new. I am very happy with the rental cost. Shipping was fast.

Were on the hunt for a used textbook of a particular edition. These guys had just what we needed. We chose to buy the used book vs rent it. Arrived as described, pretty quick shipping. Not cheap, but less expensive than new!

I was able to rent this book instead of buying it for a cheaper price and I was able to receive it within the week!

Book descriptions vague (unclear if supplemental materials exist for textbook un the first place, had to contact a representative to confirm I was even ordering the right thing) and check out process awful. Coupon code did not work. Paypal integration didn't work.

The online reading is ok but offline reading have not settle yet. It's been 15days after my purchase!

When I ordered the book, the website said it would ship in 2-3 business days. It ended up being two weeks before it shipped, plus days in transit, negating the whole purpose in ordering the book for a class that started two weeks before I received the book.

My experience was simple. They never shipped the product. When I contacted them to see what was going on, I received boilerplate messages like "see our webpage for answers" and "our staff is looking into your order." At least they did refund my money (which they took from my credit card immediately, not when the product was shipped, like most e-commerce outfits do.

I gave 3 stars for the shipment and delivery date because it took almost 3 weeks for the textbook to arrive. However, the staff were very kind in assisting to expedite the shipment of the textbook.

I placed my order on 9/5/24 and I have not received anything! Its been 16 days and on website it just says shipped on 9/6.
