I ordered a college textbook from ecampus and selected 2-day shipping for an additional $16+. Later on I went to check the status of my order, and to my surprise it stated something along the lines of, "Shipping 3-5 business days." So I started chatting with ecampus, and it turns out the 2-day shipping I paid for only kicks in AFTER the 3-5 business days. What a ripoff! Needless to say I cancelled my order.
I ordered my book on a Friday, and on Monday I received an email stating that they had cancelled my order due to "irregularities". I checked my account, and they had of course already taken the money. So I called customer service, and the representative stated that the "irregularities" is due to capilzation and punctuation when submitting my payment information and it's extremely sensitive. This is new to me, so I asked what my options are now to rent the book, as I needed it ASAP and it has been cancelled, and she said I had to wait 48 hours to redo my order, but could not give an explanation why! So they still have my money, and I am now stuck trying to find another book.

I rented a book for a summer study abroad program in May, 2014. Received the book in a decent time frame, however it was the wrong book.
The isbn sticker/barcode was placed over the original isbn/barcode and did not match the original which i found for myself on the publisher page(at this point i have no time to order a new book and had to leave for the Czech Republic without it).
The companywas helpful initially and refunded my rental fee as they did not actually have the book I originally ordered. So, I printed the return label, and dropped the book off at the UPS store i always use, down the street from my house. I left for my program and didn't think about it again.
In august(THREE MONTHS LATER!) i got a notice they never received the book and consequently, ecampus took 132 dollars out of my bank account while I was disputing the issue with them. Honestly, i'm not even sure which book they charged me for: the one they actually sent or the one they were SUPPOSED to send in the first place. It was a pretty terrible experience, not even my bank was able to successfully get my money back.

Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
