Shipping of these texts was quick this time, have had previous experiences with delayed shipping. Only issue for me is that books have to be shipped to my PO box, but returned via UPS not USPS, so I have to find a store or drop box to complete my returns. Often, they are late due to this difficulty.
My order took a little longer than I would have liked to arrive; however, because the delay was likely impacted by severe weather, it was not unreasonable. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.

4. Select only the books you packaged in the box, then click Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip and drop your rental return off at any UPS location. DO NOT drop this package off at the post office.
