Just amazing I got what I needed on time
As an educator of 10 years, this book has been one of the most helpful of my career. I've had a couple of copies and gifted them to new teachers. This time I ordered 3 to be safe on my intern's second day in my classroom. The copies were more than reasonably priced (way less than I paid in school), in perfect condition, and delivered VERY quickly.
I have enjoyed buying and renting textbooks from ecampus. It is always my go to place.

Every coupon provided they wouldn't let me use when checking out and they said it was supposed to be free shipping which it was not! Also they fee you to death! I just want to purchase a textbook not lose all my money!
I was not given a notice that my order was canceled. When I didn't receive my book on the day I was supposed to, I checked the status of the order on the website and found it was canceled due to an error in my address or billing method, but the customer service representative said the system does not tell her what the issue was, so I don't even know how to avoid the issue.
This is my third time placing this order and it still feels like a gamble not knowing whether or not this one will get canceled. Is it possible to instead put it on hold so information can be verified rather than canceling and having to run into the exact same issues?
I spoke to a representative, who explained the delay, but the shipping times advertised are incredibly misleading.
I paid for expedited shipping and it took over a week and a half to receive my order.
It was explained to me that the expedited shipping I paid for is applied once the shipper receives the order and is in reference to the turnaround time it then takes the shipper to process the final shipment.
While I now understand this, it is absolutely implied on the website that the expedited shipping will apply to the time it takes the end consumer to receive the order.
So, while this was misleading and incredibly frustrating, the order was completed and accurate.
My book was expected to be delivered on Tuesday 03/03, but was not actually delivered until Friday, 03/07. I ordered this book for a course that began that following Monday. Due to the late delivery, I had much less time to prepare for my course. Additionally, I was not given any kind of update as to the delay in delivery. The lack of communication is truly what detracted from my experience.
My first order I placed was cancelled due to irregular information somewhere in my order. It was processed with my bank account, meaning that the information I provided was correct. This is a frustrating experience with an online platform that I am not familiar with. Customer service responded promptly, however it causes some suspicion about the legitimacy of the company. I wouldn't have reordered if customer service wasn't prompt and helpful.
My experience was fine until I had to do this review. I kept getting emails to confirm I had the book and when I said yes this pops up. If you want a review then ask for one but it's annoying to have to get emails and then be forced to do this
Update: it was a real book, and even the right one. It was heavily highlighted and had broken binding. Ecampus offered refund or return.
It was really cheap so I am actually afraid I got ripped off. I will wait and see.
They took one whole week to ship the book, aftwr that took more than one week to be delivered, then I realized that ordered the wrong one(it was on me) i paid around 35 buck, so for return it they make a charge for restocking fee, at the end I would get like 18 dls
I placed an order on a Monday and paid the expedited shipping expecting to receive book by at Wednesday as my shipping was 4 times more than what book cost me. But did not receive book until the FOLLOWING Monday a week later. I needed the booker sooner.
Stated there was an issue with payment info, but no one would tell me what the issue was. The money is the account. The numbers were correct. Was it my address? Hopefully, the same thing doesn't happen to this order.

Having used other sources to receive my online textbooks, I find the program used to read these books more of an inconvenience.
I did not utilize the option to search based on course number which would have been easier to locate the books I needed for that class than waiting for the syllabus and isbn numbers
We ordered a book. I was charged and was sent a confirmation number (*******). Then a few days later I got an email asking if I was still interested in the book I ordered. Then it was canceled. Now I'm paying again plus super rush shipping and have been charged again. I haven't received a credit for the first book.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
