Customers should not be charged $10 shipping fee for digital access codes on ebooks. They should not then be charged another $10 shipping if they need to return the digital book. Don't use ecampus.

Not a good experience. Still have not received the package. I had to do all the legwork when talking to the representatives pointing out the lack of notification on shipping as well as the number of days since movement. Requested a full refund. We shall see if it comes in the next 3 to 7 business days. Otherwise I'll be disputing with the bank.

My experience was good. The book came as new, well packaged, and arrived early.

One of my books shipped on time and the second didn't. I received the first book about a week after ordering and the second didn't ship until after 9 days from ordering. The customer rep I spoke to also didn't help and tried to tell me that I was confused about shipping times. I chose the "ship working 3-5" days and it shipped 9 days after.

Rented a book and it was shipped within a few a days, rental was pretty cheap as well. The book was also in good condition if not almost new.

I was thrilled that I was able to find an online company like eCampus that could do overnight delivery.

I ordered a textbook for rental. It did not arrive even after the expected delivery date, and tracking information was not working. I waited patiently, thinking there was a delay. I followed up with an email to Customer Service, which just sent me an automated reply telling me to check the tracking number. I chatted with Customer Service, and the agent supposedly checked my order number and told me that it should be delivered the following day. I waited two more days and there was no delivery. I contacted Customer Service again via chat, and this time the agent said the item must have been lost in transit. I did not receive fair customer service for this order and no longer trust this company.

I would definitely recommend this company. I rented a book for my daughter's college class. It looks like it is brand new. I am very happy with the rental cost. Shipping was fast.

Were on the hunt for a used textbook of a particular edition. These guys had just what we needed. We chose to buy the used book vs rent it. Arrived as described, pretty quick shipping. Not cheap, but less expensive than new!
