This is my second time dealing with this company and once again my package did not arrive. The first time it never arrived to my house, which may have been a USPS issue and not Ebonyline; however, they were no help in attempting to get me a refund or file a claim with the postal service. It's been 2 months and nothing. The package was insured for $50 and the order was only $44, seems like a no-brainer. No response, no follow up, nothing. But I order another package from them with PRIORITY SHIP. 7 days later the hair is not here at all. I tell them to refund me the priority ship fee because its coming regular mail if it's already 7 days. They told me they can't help me. I'll never in my life buy anything from them again. Horrible customer service. There are too many vendors to even consider them again.
I'm a longtime ebonyline.com customer and only now did I need to reach out to customer service with regard to my order as I was on a tight timeliness to have my hair made presentable.

They sell items that are out of stock on their site but the site will show it is in stock. Was not notified until I reached out via email. Also did not get confirmation email for order after placing my order. Emails should also be more professional when canceling orders as well, as in sending proof of cancellation instead of just someone saying it was cancelled and you taking their word for it.

Ok so this company does not let u know when something is out of stock! U must call 1st to find out to not have to go through the hassles I've been through over & over w this company. Hello it's a week later no wigs. So I ordered another wig from. A different site. Guess what the wig came in today. What is the hold up. Cant get a correct answer from the lady who answers the phone. But y'all were quick to take the money from my bank well over 90.00 dollars. I just want my wigs or my money.
So, the wig initially I ordered was going to have to be ordered from the manufacturer first, adding an extra 7 days to the potential shipping time. (This is my own fault, time management is important, kids.) I emailed customer support for assistance this morning - Desiree was kind enough to let me know what was available to ship, and she went ahead and updated my order this afternoon. Got my shipping notice a few hours later. Great response time to my inquries, and super-polite. I can't wait for my new wig!

I was not to visual on writing a review for Ebonyline in the past the customer service was not up to par, but I had an opportunity to speak with Tina last Thursday and it change my whole point of view. I ordered some crotchet hair for my daughter and needed it by Saturday and had not receive my confirmation. After speaking to Tina, she changed my perception about staying a customer. Tina had product knowledge about the system being down, but was helpful about tracking my product down to the wire, she explained points, looked up products for me. Tina also tracked my package correctly it had arrived that Thursday. She took her time and never tried to rush me off the phone and I say Kudos to Tina! Also for future reference she told me to ask for her by name.
I received an email hours after I placed my order and after Ebonyline had taken the payment from my account. The email was asking for me to send a photo of the front and back of my credit card plus send a copy of a government issued ID - within 5 days - or my order would be canceled. Doesn't this sound strange? My bank thought so too and suggested I cancel my credit card listing the reason as 'stolen'. I emailed Ebonyline but I think they were already closed for the weekend. I will phone on Monday to let them know their customer records might have been hacked. Since they already withdrew payment from my account, including an up-charge for priority USPS shipping (which includes tracking) I am hoping I will receive my purchases with no problems.
