I have been a customer of Ebonyline's for 10+ years. My only suggestion to buyers is to e-mail customer service and check actual inventory levels prior to placing an order, unless you want to wait 1+ weeks for the item to come into stock.

So disappointed. They will accept your order then order your item from the manufacturer. They do not tell you the item is not in their stock. I did not receive any notice that my item was on back order or given any ETA. When I phoned 8 days after placing my order, I was told it would be another 7-14 days before my product was received. It's not cool to make customers think they have the item when they don't. It's very difficult to get through to customer service - probably due to all of the unhappy customers. They've lost my business for good. Good luck!
I called on 6-29-18 about an order I placed on 6-26-18 since I paid for priority mail. Desiree explained to me that several of my items where out of stock and that it would have to come from the manufacturer and then to their facility before being mailed to me. She apologize for the inconvenience this may caused me and she offered a refund difference since I indicate that I could have just paid the standard shopping rate of $4.99. She was very polite and she even acknowledge how I been a long standing customer of the company... so she thanked me for that.
I have ordered several times from Ebonyline and have had no issues. I have contacted their customer service over tracking and received a response within minutes. Today was no exception as awesome Customer agent Desiree answered my inquiry for me. Tracking may take a bit to receive but just be patient or call customer service to find out. I will order from them again!

Still waiting for my order to be shipped it's been 6 days already I did email the company and their rep said that one of the items I ordered was out of stock even though on the website it said it was it's really annoying I will never order from them again. I'm going to wait until Tuesday if my order is not shipped I want my money back!

I order from several different wig companies. Today I chose Ebonyline but ran into some issues with a product not being available any longer, I was disappointed & the site did not inform me of this info. When I was unable to move any further I called & Desiree informed me of it being discontinued but was very pleasant in doing so. I decided from there to order a similar wig but got a little confused with the amounts that I was being charged. Desiree walked me through the whole process & was patient, she made some simple adjustments & made me want to come back to the company again because of her knowledge with all my questions and her great personality. I love the wigs from ebony line. I have ordered many wigs and referred them to my friends and family. The turnaround time from order date to deliver is great! You can't beat the prices either. You get a lot for your money.
The customer service reps are rude. I had to contact them after they hadn't sent my paid in full order that had been placed days before. The representative sent a rudely blunt email basically saying to stop contacting them because they send out orders when they get ready. I still haven't received my order
