Excellent company

I have been a customer of Ebonyline's for 10+ years. My only suggestion to buyers is to e-mail customer service and check actual inventory levels prior to placing an order, unless you want to wait 1+ weeks for the item to come into stock.

Excellent Customer Service

Extremely Pleased

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received today. In a world where customer service, (true customer courtesy) is a thing of the past, I had the most amazing experience with Summer. She was knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and made sure that I felt like my business was appreciated and let me know that she would be personnally screening my order to completion to avoid any futher problems. Be Careful With Me

So disappointed. They will accept your order then order your item from the manufacturer. They do not tell you the item is not in their stock. I did not receive any notice that my item was on back order or given any ETA. When I phoned 8 days after placing my order, I was told it would be another 7-14 days before my product was received. It's not cool to make customers think they have the item when they don't. It's very difficult to get through to customer service - probably due to all of the unhappy customers. They've lost my business for good. Good luck!

I called on 6-29-18 about an order I placed on 6-26-18 since I paid for priority mail. Desiree explained to me that several of my items where out of stock and that it would have to come from the manufacturer and then to their facility before being mailed to me. She apologize for the inconvenience this may caused me and she offered a refund difference since I indicate that I could have just paid the standard shopping rate of $4.99. She was very polite and she even acknowledge how I been a long standing customer of the company... so she thanked me for that.

I have ordered several times from Ebonyline and have had no issues. I have contacted their customer service over tracking and received a response within minutes. Today was no exception as awesome Customer agent Desiree answered my inquiry for me. Tracking may take a bit to receive but just be patient or call customer service to find out. I will order from them again!

Wonderful Company

Not happy
April 24, 2020

Still waiting for my order to be shipped it's been 6 days already I did email the company and their rep said that one of the items I ordered was out of stock even though on the website it said it was it's really annoying I will never order from them again. I'm going to wait until Tuesday if my order is not shipped I want my money back!

I order from several different wig companies. Today I chose Ebonyline but ran into some issues with a product not being available any longer, I was disappointed & the site did not inform me of this info. When I was unable to move any further I called & Desiree informed me of it being discontinued but was very pleasant in doing so. I decided from there to order a similar wig but got a little confused with the amounts that I was being charged. Desiree walked me through the whole process & was patient, she made some simple adjustments & made me want to come back to the company again because of her knowledge with all my questions and her great personality. This was my first time ordering from Ebonyline.com and I was really pleased. I paid for my order before realizing that I had made a mistake. I went on the website on my confirmation email, explained to Desiree that I needed to cancel my previous order and Desiree quickly resolved the problem before my order was shipped, thus avoiding incurring extra expense! I look forward to doing more business with this company in the future and will be recommending them to my friends. Thanks again for people like Desiree who demonstrated great customer service.

I'm never disappointed with ordering from ebonyline. The wigs always look bomb and I get countless compliments on the wigs! They're timely on the orders and shipping. They let you know when things are out of stock and give you options on how you would like to proceed. Michelle especially is amazing and super helpful!

The customer service reps are rude. I had to contact them after they hadn't sent my paid in full order that had been placed days before. The representative sent a rudely blunt email basically saying to stop contacting them because they send out orders when they get ready. I still haven't received my order

I had placed and order a few days ago. Curious, I emailed to see when the items would be shipped. Desiree was quick to respond, letting me know that one of my items was not in stock. Desiree asked if there was something else I was interested in. After a quick look, I sent back the number for the item. Responding quickly, Desiree informed me that the item was out of stock. That is totally cool. We are in the midst of a pandemic I am surprised that none of my other items were sold out. Desiree quickly made the adjustment to my invoice. I love Ebonyline.
