I ordered a wig from this company and needed to return but little did I know once Item was returned which YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP ITEMS BACK THE COMPANY STILL KEEPS THE SHIPPING CHARGE THAT YOU PAID TO GET THE ITEM SHIPPED TO YOU AND A 20% FEE TO RESTOCK THE ITEM, IN OTHER WORDS, TO TAKE THE ITEM BACK! VERY CLEVER TACTICS TO NOT HAVE TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND OF WHAT YOU PAID! SHOP AROUND ELSEWHERE! JUST A WARNING!

We do apologize for any misunderstanding on our end. All returns for us have to be first approved. Meaning if you did return, you did have to be approved for a return. Once you are approved we email you:

"Your account has been approved to do a return. All returned items must be shipped (postmarked) within 7 days of delivery. Due to sanitation requirements, we cannot under any circumstances, accept items that are not postmarked within 7 days of delivery. All orders that have not been received within 7 days or postmarked within 7 days of delivery will be rejected. We do not provide Return Labels for returning items.
Please make sure return your wigs in ORIGINAL, BRAND NEW CONDITION (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, free of chemicals, scents, perfumes, sweat and any type of shedding skin cells attached)

Return of Free Shipped Items
If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, COUPONS, or DISCOUNTS the return will make the FREE SHIPPING, COUPONS, and DISCOUNTS become reversed.
Restocking fees will vary depending on the cost of the item(s):
All Returns are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price.
Non-Returnable Items
FINAL SALE items
Any product that exhibits physical damage, any hair that is burned or missing hairpieces, and any hair that is missing the outside package.
ALL returning merchandise must be in its original sellable condition with the original packaging, including all its contents. Otherwise, your return will not qualify for a refund. You are also responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.

I ordered a 20 in length they sent me a length in 12. I promptly returned the order via their prepaid shipping receipt and it took them 3 weeks to even refund me. Their 2 day express shipping receipt was actually 7 days. Then another 4 days to even process my refund. This is on top of the initial delivery time it took. For something not being my fault, it sure did take a long time to give me my money back. Will not be shopping with this company again. Still waiting to speak to a manager to this day...

Unfortunately, it does take time for items to get to us once they are shipped back and it looks like the carrier did have a delay so your order didn't get back to us until 7/27/2022. We then refunded and processed your return the very next day 7/28/2022. I am very sorry but delays from the carrier are out of our hands. Was good before
July 23, 2022

For years I purchased wigs and hair supplies from this site until July 2022. They sent me the wrong wig and I reached out to them to let them know. Dae once the holiday weekend was over and didn't respond asking for a photo in which I provided promptly. She proceeded to ignore me for two more days, then when I sent her a nasty email that is when I got a response and solution. You have to be mean for her to do anything.

I've ordered from Ebonyline many times. They have a great selection at the best prices! They communicate well so if something is out of stock they inform you. I had an issue on this most recent order. I'm sure the packer put in the incorrect item. I emailed and DAEJONNA D responded right away and credited my account. It wasn't much money but I appreciate the help. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
