I ordered a 20 in length they sent me a length in 12. I promptly returned the order via their prepaid shipping receipt and it took them 3 weeks to even refund me. Their 2 day express shipping receipt was actually 7 days. Then another 4 days to even process my refund. This is on top of the initial delivery time it took. For something not being my fault, it sure did take a long time to give me my money back. Will not be shopping with this company again. Still waiting to speak to a manager to this day...

For years I purchased wigs and hair supplies from this site until July 2022. They sent me the wrong wig and I reached out to them to let them know. Dae once the holiday weekend was over and didn't respond asking for a photo in which I provided promptly. She proceeded to ignore me for two more days, then when I sent her a nasty email that is when I got a response and solution. You have to be mean for her to do anything.
