This is my second time dealing with this company and once again my package did not arrive. The first time it never arrived to my house, which may have been a USPS issue and not Ebonyline; however, they were no help in attempting to get me a refund or file a claim with the postal service. It's been 2 months and nothing. The package was insured for $50 and the order was only $44, seems like a no-brainer. No response, no follow up, nothing. But I order another package from them with PRIORITY SHIP. 7 days later the hair is not here at all. I tell them to refund me the priority ship fee because its coming regular mail if it's already 7 days. They told me they can't help me. I'll never in my life buy anything from them again. Horrible customer service. There are too many vendors to even consider them again.
