My mother placed an order for a wig and she made it plain to them that it was vital for her to have it before the weekend. Because she had to go to an event.
However, ebonyline informed her at the very last mintue that the item was out of stock.
When my mother stated it was inconvenience of time because the event was approaching. She pleaded and ask if it can be ship sooner, and they made excuses and stated that we selected 3 to 5 business days. And we told them when we selected the amount of days, that was before we knew the item was out of stock.
Moreover we cancelled the order and requested a refund. They replied Please contact bank for further information. We check our bank information and still no refund was replaced on our debit card.

I use to use other websites to order my wigs and haircare products. But, their customer service left a lot to be desired. Ebonyline.com customer service deserves a 5 Star Credit rating. As I said before, I do all of my Wig shopping at Ebonyline now. Here are a couple of my recently ordered and received units. I LOVE these wigs. For under 30 bucks a piece, I have zero complaints.( The rainbow unit in the pic below is a Zury Sis Wig "Bao" in the color Sombre rt rainbow) The blue one is an Outre Color Bomb wig "Zoey" in the color Sapphire Sky... yes in my profile pic I'm wearing a rainbow wig as well, not the same one though. That one is a Zury Sis wig as well, "Fab" in somber rt rainbow as well. I love colorful wigs, its definitely my style) In the next week or so I will be purchasing another unit from ebonyline. Outre color bomb "Zoey" in Pink Punch. I'll be sure to update my experience with Ebonyline yet again. Thanks. Hope this can help someone.

I've purchased now for a few years and been very satisfied w the products. This company has the best synthetic units of all the companies at reasonable prices. I've had my wigs for several yrs and they still look great. I prefer synthetic because they stay styled thru rain, prespiration etc. The only down side is you don't know different colors look on the wigs. And that may cause you to purchase wrong wig. And they chg a restocking fee. I hate that.
But the wigs look like human hair.

I spoke to Hector today about my order (*******) as I had forgotten to link my profile to my order. Hector offered quick solutions and prompt responses to this and my other questions regarding my order. I shouldn't have been surprised, though, (smiles) because Ebonyline has always been really good about communicating order status. I really appreciated Hector's help and of course the fine customer service that EbonyLine continually provides.
I was annoyed because I hadn't received my order. I had no tracking information, and I thought I was overcharged for delivery. With a new order in my cart I was about to empty it. I almost flipped my wig. But then I noticed response to my e-mail inquiry.

I placed an order on 12/24/20 two weeks later contacted them about order they said they were waiting for the items to come in and would send a tracking number when they shipped them. They did not send it! 2 weeks later contacted them they said they were delivered on January 10th and they would do an investigation and contact me 10 days later and did not hear from them contact them on 2/23/21 they said they were delivered I live in a secure community with cameras and on site security they rolled footage of alledged delivery date and NO DELIVERIES OF ANY KIND! LIARS LIARS DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL EVENTUALLY SCREW WHEN YOU CAN LEAST AFFORD IT!

I ordered units from them 2 weeks ago... my purchase was complete and I didn't have any ongoing issues until they emailed me three days after my packages were supposed to be going through processing to tell me that my items are out of stock. I'm like how in the world is it possible for me to purchase something that's entirely out of stock. So mind the readers I ordered this two weeks ahead of time because my wedding is on the 12th of February and I expected to have them here before then. These people pushed shipping back a week for me and this is the third week... I have yet to receive an update on when I should receive my package! I will never order from them again! I really feel like the only credible offering they have is the few dollars cheaper their items sell at because customer service is trash and so is the shipping process!

This company clearly rips people off. I placed an order on December 19th and paid nearly $20 for priority shipping which is 2-3 business days for delivery. This piece if s**t company not only did not ship my order until the 22nd i'm also not receiving my package until the 29th. When asked to receive a refund for the inflated shipping cost (should have only been $8.05 from their location to mine). I was told too bad read the fine print! I suggest using any company for quality wigs over this one. As clearly they don't care about the customer satisfaction! Choose Amazon instead. At least they will cancel your order when requested and give you your money back!

I ordered 3 wigs from this site that were supposedly delivered by FedEx but I never received them. I did get the tracking number from EbonyOnline but FedEx would not help me because of the shipping method, SmartPost. When I tried to file a claim with FedEx I got this msg: ONLY the "SHIPPER" can file a claim and a live FedEx rep also told me that only the shipper can request a trace which is what EbonyOnline asked me to do via email - they are the shipper
