They sent me the wrong color. I already sent them pictures and I guess they didn't believe me. Never again!
We apologize for the error on the incorrect item. We do have a protocol we follow and images are required with many companies not only ours.
I am sorry that you feel as we have doubted your honesty however I can assure you that this it the protocol when an item is incorrect or damaged we must review images and compare items.
