I ALSO EMAILED *******@EBONYLINE.COM AS HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY EMAIL... I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON WITH COVID 19 THERE MIGHT BE A DELAY BUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION YOU GUYS HAVE WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS IS TERRIBLE. This is my first time using this website and surely this will be my last. I have never experience nothing like this before and honestly I wished I have read all these reviews before coming to a conclusion of buying stuff off of this website. I first ordered my products on July 30th and it took them a whole week just for them to sent me an email explaining that they didn't have the prestretched hair that I want. I sent them an email back but they didn't respond then I decided to call them and told them just to get me another type because they didn't have the one I wanted. If they didn't have that product then why didn't they update the website to say they were sold out. Then they sent me another email explaining that my tracking order will come in the next 24-48 hours. Like come on this is foolishness, I still haven't got an email back on my tracking number and I have places to be my products and hair are taking way to much time to get here. This website needs to be cancelled the shipping TRASH the customer service TRASH I had to call this company twice just for them to answer the phone. It's sad that they also have false advertising, people are actually doing reviews on this company saying it's good when actuality it's not, this company is literally stealing people's hard working money that they make. I'm surprised y'all been in business for over 15 years and have customer service like this and shipping that takes entirely way to long. At this point I might cancel my order I don't even care if I don't get my money back wasting my time like this. It's august 10th like where is my stuff.

I was disappointed when my first choice was out of stock. I was offered substitutions, but they did not satisfy me. I chose an entirely different style and DAEJONNA D was very helpful!
I was working with the young lady named Desiree who I had answered when I called ebonyline in regards to a standard order, which usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. The days had lapsed so I called customer service AGAIN, Desiree assisted me Again and indicated the product I was purchasing was not in stock I had a timeline, an engagement to participate in my daughters wedding. She (Desiree) heard me freaking out, time was not on my side. I had been searching for weeks for the perfect hair. She helped me to find something very close to what I was looking for which looked even better! :) we talked for 2 days and was able to fix my order and get it sent out in time for my daughters wedding! Desiree is not only personable but very professional she's the type of person that you want to be able to consult with when you're placing an order or have a conflict with an order she knows how to resolve issues when people are in a panic. I hesitated to write this review. I feel that as consumers our instinct is to report situations in which we've been wronged, and rarely offer praise as quickly. I have ordered from Ebonyline many times before, and while they're slower to ship than most retailers, they're usually a little cheaper. I ordered 2 wigs from them. They followed up to let me know that one was not in stock, though it was listed as such on the website, and asked if I wanted the wig in a different color. I ordered that particular wig in a very specific color, so replacing it with a black or brown wig would've defeated the purpose, so I ended up ordering elsewhere. I asked them to replace my wigs with two wigs that should've added up to the same price as the original wig. One of the wigs turned out to be a specialty color, so there was an upcharge and a remaining balance that I paid reluctantly. I felt that as the customer I shouldn't have paid for their mistake, but I did. I had to follow up on my shipping information as they'd not provided an update. Once the wigs finally arrived, the order was wrong. I have been going back and forth with them for the better part of a month and their idea of resolution was to refund the purchase, have me return the wig and then reorder the wig I originally wanted. I never complain for the sake of getting things for free, so I wasn't looking for a handout, but in my experience, when companies have made a mistake they go out of their way to appease the customer. Sadly, that experience has soured my opinion of them and I will never be using them again.
