SCAM - LIARS
February 2, 2020

I spoke to them on behalf of my 86 year old Nan, they have signed her up for a subscription that I 100 % know she did not agree to be cause I was the one than asked them to completely cancel everything. They have continued to take a payment 2 days ago of £18. Scammers targeting elderly vulnerable people. STAY AWAY and please spread this on all social media platforms as I will be doing. The more we spread awareness the less likely people are to get scammed!

I ordered a pair of sun visors for my wives Fiat 500. They arrived when I open and took one out it had a crack in it. Decided to try it on the 500s visor it was too big and would not when fitted allow the visor to return close to its correct position so impeding the view. No problem there was a return label and just a phone call to a 030 number. First try I am number 11 in line then later 15 in line that works out at about £1 before I speak to anybody. So Email two of these and completely ignored. This company is bending the consumer laws on mail order. I am finding it very difficult to return this item.

Wow!
September 17, 2015

Has taken a couple of months, a lot of patience, loads of phone calls, but have finally got a result... yay! Have received a £10 cheque for inconvenience, cancelled Halogen heaters, bought one from Amazon. Got it two days later...!? Even got my money back that Easylife had taken out of my bank! Stick with what you know. Might cost a bit more, but is well worth it.

I bought a jigsaw board for my mother, who is well into her 80s. They signed her up for a motor club that she does not want or need and she received a phone call from a woman who spoke fast and loud and she was quite upset by it. I ordered this board myself online and I can assure you I did not tick any box for a motor club. How dare they?! Very angry. Leaving this hear to help others. They should be closed down for preying on the old and vulnerable as they clearly are

Good cheap catalogue site for home products. They offer a lot of deals for home products and is good quality. I even got a free £5 gift voucher recently which helped get a cool freebie:)
Check it out if you like buying from catalogues or cheap sites for home products.

I ordered a garden ornament over three weeks ago, and sent off the cheque to the company. The cheque has been cashed in & cleared but not received the goods. I have tried ringing but cannot get through. I them sent a message but didn't get a reply. I haven't received any response or correspondence from eastylife. If I don't get the goods or my money back soon, I will go to their local MP and also get on touch with the fair trading standards officer. Never Again!

These cretins keep sending catalogues to my late father's address which upsets my mother. No amount of asking seems to get these morons to take the address off their databases. Nice one, keep upsetting people, you unethical bastards.

This is an organisation that has had an ethics bypass operation. Do not touch them at all. Their products are inferior and the shoes, stockings that I bought are not fit for purpose. Then I had a call from someone claiming to from Easy Life to talk about a service that was being launched. They are trained to talk so rapidly, and so indistinctly that you have no idea about what the conversation is about. You then find that they have signed you up for an agreement that ties you down for a year. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!
It seems I am unable to send the review unless I allocate stars - they don't get any stars!

I ordered several items from this company, all of which ended up in the bin. I cancelled the one remaining item which Easylife ignored and I've discovered today that they've taken the payment.

NO STARS
March 14, 2017

Everything everyone has complained about in these reviews is true - with bells on. Ordered two items on 5th February, now more than 5 weeks ago. There was no mention of either item being out of stock and, I was promised delivery in 5 - 7 days. Then nothing. One of the items I ordered was in stock but the 'system' doesn't allow them to deliver a part order. Didn't stop them taking part payment from my card though. Emails have been ignored - phone calls (which I believe are premium rate) left me once, 19th and then, 23rd in a queue. I didn't wait. My second item was expected in stock on 6th March and they could 'probably' deliver by 17th March. On the website it is still AWAITING PICKING. I have read so much about people's attempts at cancelling I would rather not go down that route, but seriously, everyone, be warned. Customer service is not their strong point. Disgusted.

Wish I could give 0 stars! The hose exploded within 12 months of use - although received 1yr and 1 day after receipt. They won't replace it as "it's out of warranty", cannot speak to a Manager "someone will call you back within 48hrs". That was a week ago! Atrocious customer service. Avoid at all cost!

They have charged my 85 yr. Old mother in law 2. X. £18.50 for a tiny lifestyle magazine called Perx she expressly asked not to be subscibed to. This is fraud and needs to be investigated by the police. I will be taking further action against them.

Ordered goods by phone 6 weeks ago. No delivery or communication.
Called Helpline for inquiring about existing orders 4 times, each time joining a long queue of between 35-50 callers. On 3 occasions after over 20 mins the line went dead. Called the Sales line and got thru instantly each but they couldn't/wouldn't help. I asked to speak to a manager but they refused to speak to me. Eventually got thru to be told that my goods had just come into stock and would be sent out in 3-5 days. I said this seemed like a coincidence that the day I phoned the goods came into stock. I read these reviews before making the call so I have now cancelled the order.

I only give them 1 star because you can't give zero stars!

They have just scammed my 93 year old mum
They gave her debit card details to their sister company Easylife motor group and when she did not reply to an unsolicited and incorrectly addressed letter they took £59.99 straight from her bank account
This must be illegal and although they have promised a refund, what can we do about it Trading Standards or police.
So be aware this company are money grabbing crooks

Placed an order on 25th July. After 5 phone calls and numerous promises no sign of goods. Early October I was promised a refund of £107.95 today 26th October I have received nothing.
Just spoke to customer service and i use that term lightly. They have said I should receive my refund within 10 days. I am holding my breath. What else can i do?
I give them one star because there is no option for ZERO

UNPRINTABLE
April 9, 2017

I ordered six items in February 14th. After umpteen weekly phone calls (7 in total) I am given the excuse that one item is out of stock and their company policy is not to dispatch until the order is complete (unbelievable). My payment was taken from my Visa card, half on the 16th February and the rest on the 17th. If I cancel the said order what's my chances of getting my money back.? Has anyone had any success, if so would you be so kind as to give me a clue where to start please... thank you in anticipation. B. T.
