Few days later smaller shipment arrives. 14th September, (3MONTHS) still no 2nd shipment, phoned them" Oh, it must have got lost in the system" 15th September. Easylife e-mail package on way, Hermes(In good faith) e-mail soon as we have package we will give you eta, 2nd Easylife e-mail, We have trouble getting payment(3month old credit card)If we cant clear we will cancel order.Me less politly Dont bother I'll cancel order, account, & I NEVER want to deal with you again.
