When I received the 16 x 20 print, the quality of the materials and workmanship was OK and it was well packed and shipped lightning fast. However, about 25% of the top, 25% of the bottom, and 25% of each side was cropped out. That only left the center approx 30% or so of the image, meaning the rest is simply gone. Further, to get that small portion of the image to fill up the entire 16 X 20 print canvas, it was enlarged way beyond resolution clarity. Even the small portion of the image present is a blurry mess. The whole thing is a disaster and will go in the trash. Why not send it back? They do not honor their work and would only provide a 50% refund. They said don't send it back. I have no use for it, so trash it is. Very disappointed in their warranty policy; not fighting it because I just want to put the whole unpleasant experience behind me. But, will not use this company again.

I just ordered two 24 x 36 canvas prints of photos I took while visiting Cuba. Both were from high resolution cameras with lots of pixels. To those who complain about pixelation, it is likely that the submitted image was taken from an iPhone or similar-there are size limitations as to how large you can make an image. I was satisfied with the image results I can't give it 5 stars as for the size of these 24 x 36 prints as there was no central support bar, leaving it very fragile. A sawtooth hanger on the back is also flimsy. It was a great value for the money!

My first order was good, too. But my second was orange. Their customer service is terrible and after sending multiple photos showing their poor quality, they offered to reprint but charge me $21.49 shipping. I certainly don't trust that the second order will be any better than the first. I just want to return this trash & get a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I'm still waiting for a refund that they finally offered but haven't issued yet. This has been going on since 9/1. Tomorrow I'm disputing the charge on my credit card and filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a few canvases from them. My initial order was a large canvas. First one sent was damaged, the replacement was damaged. The third one was good. They basically just wrap thin plastic around the canvas onto a cardboard back. Then slide it in a box. Not much protection and it slides around and breaks out. The customer service is awesome but that doesnt make up for all the aggravation. The couple I ordered after that were ok but packed the same. They must like sending replacements often. Ive been ordering from one of their competitors and the shipping protection is amazing! Their shipping time is also quicker Sorry Easy Canvas. Your quality is awesome but its a gamble if I get it in good condition.

The pictures we submitted came out beautiful. Very professional looking. And when I called customer service for something, they were very polite and very responsive and very fair. I would definitely order from them again.

A very good friend passed away and I wanted to give his wife a gift of a Canvas picture with him & her during happier days that she could enjoy daily. I was 'more than impressed with the beautiful picture', and workmanship on the Canvas. I had a 'Dust Cover' placed on the back. I was surprised how quickly the Canvas was delivered (within days of ordering) and they had automatically placed a Wall Hanger on the back of the picture. I would absolutely order again & again from this company. Very happy gift giver I am. The packing box was well done and no damage thru shipping to me.

I have used this service on a couple of occasions. Never completely happy but, kept thinking it was my fault. The last pic i wanted done was perfect and professional. What I got back was a complete mess. Incredibly blurred. Customer service was nice at first and Amber agreed that the my pic was clear and sharp. She said she would send over to another department and would get back with me. That was several days ago. During that time I emailed and asked what was going on and got email back saying ticket had been closed. Also if it wasn't for me to reply to the email. So I did. Meanwhile they send me a customer satisfaction survey. I said I was extremely disappointed in product and service. So today I get an email from Amber... she starts off by "So, again(never had contact with her since the first time) do you want a PARTIAL refund or a reprint. Tech guys say pic is fine from angle taken." WHAT? I will never use or recommend.

The quality and ease of using this site was amazing. The finished product (received three days after ordering) was impressive. I had an issue with placement of the hanger on the back of the canvas, but it was corrected by the production area

I just tried to order from EasyCanvasPrints. My total including the shipping cost was $49.79, I hit the submit order button and the total rose to $70.92. When I tried to call, they would answer & put the phone down until I hung up after 45 minutes. The only way I got a chance to speak to a person was when I hit the button for needing help in making an order. The young man was polite, but he kept saying he was on my side and he was sorry. He kept putting me on hold, trying to find some way to make this right. He offered to make it $61 but that is not what I the total was suppose to be. I see now they are not an honest company and will put a great price on their website, but won't honor it. You can't leave a review on their website either. THat is why all of them were positive.

I found the website after a internet search not expecting alot. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The web interface is intuitive for dimensions, orientation, and canvas specs. I uploaded one of my favorite photos and boom I had an order ready for check out. Shipping was very fast, less than a week. This is now my go to for transforming digital photos th wall art.

I have never ordered from easy canvas prints but I was like why not let's try it. And when I received my canvas I loved it! It even got sent to me a few days early! So worth it, I will definitely be ordering more from easy canvas prints.

I previously had some of my digital art made into a 24x36 canvas. At the time, I didn't realize that I had made it with only 72 DPI (dots per inch). When I realized it too late, I expected the result to be blurry and pixelated. To my genuine joy and surprise, it looked awesome! Now I submit my art in 600 DPI and the results are stunning! In the pictures, can you tell which one is low-res? In other words, even if you are not an expert, your picture or digital art will look great! Highly recommended!

Adding pictures and creating the canvas as your own was pretty easy. (I got a 12x12 canvas that had a collage of 9 pictures). Once I received my canvas I noticed that some pictures were a little blurry but I still enjoyed it. Good for it's price ($25 altogether). I've seen many mixed reviews on this website so I was nervous on getting my order, but it was better than I expected. Didn't reach my high expectations but it was almost there. Overall I would purchase again if the pictures were clearer than I wanted.

Oddly they have 90k 5 star reviews on their own site? That means nearly 100 thousand people have bought from them and left reviews, imagine according to them another 100 thousand people did not leave reviews... as many people forget therefore 200,000 people in the country minimum have ordered from them? Wow that means out of every 100 people you know one of them has bought from them and been so happy to leave a 5 star review? Nope they communicate poorly, change dates, over charge shipping. Go to walmart save your time, money and frustration. Sad these type of companies exist.

I ordered a canvas print for a gift for a friend in September. As of today's date, Nov. 8. I still have not received it. Apparently the original order was shipped & when it never arrived the were going to send a reprint which also never arrived but was returned to the company. I was staying in touch with customer service & they were responding to all my emails. I have decided that I just want a refund and of course, now I am not getting a response at all! Never again will I use this company.

This business will charge you an awesome fee to do a large OR small canvas print - but will charge an unbelievable fee in shipping and that is where they rip you off.
Do not fall for their unethical advertising.

I contacted ECP regarding an unsatisfactory print. I submitted my photo of the print as requested and haven't heard back from them in many days.
In addition, I submitted another order for an offer of 16x20 for $13.99. Nowhere on the web site or shopping cart was there any mention of the special offer. Instead the charge in the shopping cart was nearly $30.
When I got my confirmation email the charge was $192! And they had charged my credit card.
Failing marks on a couple of topics. Buyer beware!

I did not see the final product framed until my friend sent me a picture. I was appalled that her granddaughters' head was cut off. This was a gift due to the death of the dog in the picture. Now, what can you do to correct this $60 plus dollar gift? Please redo with a better picture and her entire head!
