Very bad decision to order from this company. I ordered some of my son's high school graduation photos from them, 1 was a 16x20 collage. They mounted the canvas crooked on the frame making it appear like it was printed crooked and they want me to pay them to fix it! Horrible customer service!

I had some issues with one of the six canvas I ordered and they were incredibly responsive. They immediately made the corrections and reprinted. Amazing. I'm ordering more. Highly recommend. Thank you Nicia L.!

Order was delivered damaged. Please see the attached picture. EasyCanvasPrints used tape on THE OUTSIDE of the canvas holder to ship a canvas. Also the second canvas hook was crooked. I contacted customer support. They are refusing to issue a refund. Complete waste of money.

As someone who's worked in professional photography for 20+ years and digital printing for almost 5, I was very pleased with the image quality of their product. A few of my images were from 30 year old, 35mm films and I had some sizeable enlargements made. I was pleased with how well they turned out! Their packing & shipping were sufficient for protection (even from UPS). The only issue I have, is that out of the 12 pieces I ordered, 3 of them have begun to develop ripples. I'm thinking that either they weren't stretched tightly enough on the frames or more than likely, they weren't given the proper drying or curing time before being attached. Sometimes being fast, isn't always best. But, I would use them again, as overall I feel they are a high quality printer.

I ordered 8 canvasses, all 16"x20". I understand some people have had bad experiences, but they got here in about a week and a half, and they all look exactly like the pictures I submitted. No damage that I can see.
I also paid $110 which is pretty ridiculous considering the size and quantity. I really can't tell the difference between these and canvases I've gotten from Amazon or Canvas shops.
Roll the dice if you want to, but for me, everything worked out perfectly.

I purchased a collage canvas print using pixels quality greater than required. Order took about a month to receive and all photos on the print were blurry. I Emailed support, but never received a reply. After 5 days, I called. They told me I needed to take a pic of the prints, upload that and then quality control would approve a re-print. The company should have just re-printed in good faith. Do not waste your time and money with this low quality company. I don't want to add a photo to this review because it has personally pics.

Absolutely Stunning! Thank you so much Easy Canvas Prints! I love my canvas so much. I'm so impressed with how it turned out. I was really nervous about the quality because I got a 30 x 40 canvas and at first my resolution was too low and was sent an email about uploading a higher resolution of the same photo. The Customer service was AMAZING and truly helped me though the process and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering more prints with Easy Canvas Prints in the future.

This was horrible service-not just with the product but also with the customer service. We ordered a canvas for our boss and it was supposed to be 2 day shipping. I understand things happen and that this takes time, but not a week! We opened the canvas up and it was so distorted that you cant make out anything but shapes. So I call them and am willing to hear their side of story but then the rep tells me "yeah we need a new photo"! They have my information and they never called me to tell me anything, they just shipped it! He was not going to do anything but maybe try to make the picture work... so send yet another canvas with the picture he just said would never work? I am livid and would never recommend this company.

Ordered a canvas on December 15,2021. Never arrived. Finally on Feb 4th requested a refund. It is now Feb 21st now and still no refund. I have never had such a poor retail experience. When looking more closely at the reviews, I realized there are many from: Reviews.co.uk which seems confusing considering the company is US based. Now I'm worried that this is a scam because it just seems so odd that what is usually such a straightforward transaction has turned into such a headache. Mind you, this was my 2nd order, my first order was no problem. Maybe one out of two ain't bad?

The picture I recently received was far beyond my expectations. I was surprised how the features in our faces were done in a way that brought forth the best of us. I think the picture is enhanced by the canvas it is printed on. A new technique to me.

The following is based on my personal experience.
One of the two prints I ordered had a clogged print nozzle or something on the canvas, because the print has a 1 inch, in length white unprinted canvas mark in an area that cannot be cover with a frame. As an instructor of a graphic design career class (which produces industry standard prints), I would have explained to my students... When a customer purchases custom prints for framing... The print needs to be perfect. Because some customers do not voice their concerns about a poorly produced product... Some customers just never come back.

Ordered one canvas with rush delivery (which doubled the charge-as I expected) Canvas turned out well. ( Did not receive email receipt confirmation upon order as stated would arrive soon after.) Made a copy of receipt total from my initial order as I ordered. Received two canvases and charged for two (the second $5 more than the first--from bank statement) Was charged for two rush deliveries. They were shipped standard delivery and identified as such, Requested refund for charge and shippings. So far no response. Cai
