Horrible customer service.
They sent me used nike shoes worth $200 and then when i returned it within 2 days of receiving the product, they rejected my claim saying it is worn out and did not refund me any money.

I purchased a new pair of Timberland Boots from Eastbay, in September 2021 for Christmas. I did not want to have them run out of my preferred size! On Christmas, I gave the boots to my nephew, who did not like the fit. I contacted Eastbay, and they refused to return the boots, even though they were brand new, never worn, in perfect condition. There are lots of places to buy footwear, and I will go elsewhere in the future. Eastbay was a good company, until the going gets tough. No more.
If I could give a zero out of 5 I would! Do not trust their 30-day try on policy! We ordered some throwing shoes for our daughter and none fit properly so we sent all of them back. They rejected them saying "used". These still had the tags on and were only tried on inside! Their tryon policy is fake false phony!
The store is completely racist, because it doesn't allow me to buy using a credit card from outside the country, even though I accepted a purchase with the same card. Unacceptable, you want to buy tennis shoes and hear that they don't accept cards from outside the country. I'm in the USA, with a valid credit card, I've already made a purchase using it on their website and they won't let me make a second one. When I said I was recording the call, the coward hung up.
I wish I could tell you these shoes were good but I never received them and Eastbay did not refund or send me any shoes. They took 3 weeks after I paid to investigate and then tell me they declined to refund me or send me shoes. These were for my 2 year old and I will never order from Eastbay again. I had to go through my card used to get reimbursed. After ordering and being a customer for over 20 years they have lost my business over a simple 50 dollar transaction that could of been resolved easily. Horrible customer service and business. Do not order online from them. If you need shoes go to the store.

Sent an item back that didn't fit correctly for an exchange. They instead refunded it and charged me the shipping. The item is available on their website but they claim it's from a different warehouse so that doesn't count and won't refund the shipping costs and do the exchange. Customer service was rude and not helpful.
In a rush, I ordered some Nike track spikes, in sizes no one else had, not even Nike, for my two teenage boys. Eastbay was the only ones I could find who had them in the sizes we needed. The next day, I read the reviews about Eastbay and was horrified. I thought about stopping payment before the order was even filled. I decided to give them a shot to deliver what I ordered, and they did not disappoint. Size 10.5 and 11, brand new, never worn, exactly what I ordered, in less than a week, one day early, in fact. So count me and my boys as happy customers. Couldn't be happier.
I also did not pass their "credit verification process/system" even though I shop online all the time with no problems. Their help desk was less than helpful, couldn't even get my order number typed in correctly after I read it to them 5 or 6 times. Beware of this site, seems like a scam.
My son ordered football cleats from Eastbay and they didn't even hold up for a month. Customer Service was contacted and they are unwilling to exchange them. The cleats were UA Blur Smoke. Don't waste your money ordering from this company. They are not even worth a fraction of a star for ratings!
When you have a team placing an order you need to pay attention! This company will place your order on hold and never correspond with you to tell you why and your teammate is without their gear because their store is closed to orders. You need to weekly check your order, make sure they do not place it on hold, chase it down, hold times are 45-60 on an average. Emailing is a joke! If I was a Coach of a team or an Athletic Director I would look into another company to order gear from.
My daughter ordered shoes we tried 8 times because she really wanted the shoes for her birthday being she is disabled as her mother I am pissed beyond this was such a disappointment to my baby keep saying tour payment was cancel and money was charged to her card but money was charged to her card not only did they charge her card they also kept some of her money too and did not refund her full amount we tried another card samething happen...
I ordered a pair of Puma men's shoes. I got a pink pair of Oasic women's shoes that look like a joke. Always have had a problem with East bay. Glad I didn't buy my youth Lacrosse program Lacrosse cleats as I was planning. Awful. Some one in your Brooklyn store just doesn't give a s***.

These products are cheaply made - inferior quality. DONT BUY! I don't they are are authentic brand name products - but a knock off from China. I order on line all the time, but will no longer order from EASTBAY. When I returned the product because it was defective - they made their own judgement call, said it wasn't and did not give me my full refund. They are just like Zulily - who I no longer buy from either.
I order my daughter a shirt and pair of shorts for school 3 months later the items were delivered. The shorts were too small. I asked nicely several times for my money to be refunded they refused via email and completely stopped replying to me. Who takes three months to send a product I waited patiently for the order they sent my eleven year old booty shorts. I will never do business with Eastbay Footlocker or Finishline since they all the same business. Her school had to switch out the shorts for my daughter not this sorry excuse for a business you take three months to deliver a project and have the nerve to say no refunds. Please do not do business with this company they will take forever to send you the order and then will not refund your money if your item don't fit.
Eastbay sent me a pair of used Air Max 97 shoes. There was dirt inside of the shoes plus the shoes had dirty soles. How unprofessional oh, let me warn you all about Eastbay's customer service. They are the absolute worst ever, I was on hold for a whole entire hour before. In the future, I will be shopping elsewhere.
Stay away. This company is also Footlocker. Terrible customer service. This will be another casualty of a poorly run business. If you want to remain on hold for over an hour. Go ahead. Prices are pretty good so they are probably liquidating product before the go out of business!
Ordered sneakers in Eastbay store size 10 arrived 10.5 insoles frayed laces with damages. They do not want to make a replacement. I do not recommend this store. The delivery was terribly long and they are selling goods that someone has already returned to them. Not an honest point of sale. Don't buy here.
Ordered my ugg Tasman from here & upon arrival they looked like they were already worn. They were flopping off my feet when I tried them on. I am a size 5 in kids & it was my correct size. I called eastbay they sent me a return label for an exchange they just returned my shoe to me today and it's the same shoe! The letter stated the shoe was used and not restock able. Very weird they say it was used when that's the reason for my return! I explained that they looked used when I called them before sending them back and was informed I would get a new shoe but I never did! I am very upset as I spent my hard earned money on those shoes. I will never shop with this company again.
Horrendous company! I had an issue with them charging me twice for the same order of $374. I kindly messaged them several times and not once heard back, not only that but their phone lines never work! This company is rated so poorly and it this just goes to show why. Now i have to call my credit card company to dispute their mistake. It did not even show a order # or anything on the second charge. They messaged me back one on facebook by asking for all of my details and i kindly sent back all the correct info they needed and never heard back. Ive messaged them 3 times via email as well. This shows their lack of customer service. Horrible company! I only shopped here because they had more nike gear at discounted rates. Will never be back, stay away! Selective Scammers!
Eastbay does not give a damn about customer service. Every thing from the people, to the website, to the mobile app, shipping and returns. I am expected to wait at least 5 weeks for a return on a $150 pair of sneakers, that had been worn already and had a scuff mark and creases, because that's how long it takes for them to receive the package after I drop it off at the post office. I work at UPS. NOTHING should take 5 weeks to deliver. Avoid Eastbay. There are way too many other companies that provide the same services with no of the hassle.
Answer: I don't think it is I'm No authority but other Nike apparel that I purchased from a Nike outlet store is more durable and doesn't have the flaws like the graphic completely peeling away after one wash like the Nike T-shirt I got from East Bay I believe there's a lot of imitation Nike sneakers and apparel floating around I once bought a pair of Nikes from eBay and the exact same model of Nikes through the Nike app actually arrived around the same time and I could tell the ones I got from eBay were knockoffs immediately
