Beware this site are there only to take your money. I asked him them to cancel my order within 2 min after the purchase as I was being charged $155 dollars for 2 windcheaters. What a rip off. They could have cancelled my order but instead they send my item the next day. The quality was cheap and faded looking. DO NOT Buy from them. They then said I have to pay for the return post. I had emailed them 10 times in 2 hours. And still bad customer service. I have purchased online many times but I will NEVER buy from

Purchased athletic shoes — and needed to do an exchange. Called to see if the shoes were available in that size for an exchange and they were. Mailed the shoes back, no email sent of receipt, no confirmation that the new ones were sent out. Literally nothing. Did a string of Email Exchanges with Customer Service, which was almost comical how unhelpful their details were. Needless to say, I called again, and the shoes aren't available any longer and they'll now issue a refund, all with basketball season starting in 3 days now. Would not recommend. Would not shop here.
I ordered an Adidas running shirt and received a Nike basketball jersey. I was emailed a return label and sent back the jersey. They did send out the right item I ordered. I thought OK we are good. Now I keep receiving emails that they want me to send back or pay for a New Balance item or they will send this to collections.
I never ordered a New Balance item. Tried to find out what was going on via the phone with Cust Serv. But, the rep had to check with the supervisor and then hung up on me. That happened on 2 calls. I'm done with this company.
It was only when I contacted Eastbay after no receiving my order for 3 weeks that they advised the order went missing. They won't able to tell me exactly what happened, but I knew there was something fishy happening when I had 2 Order numbers.
I absolutely love the cherry and black Nike Airmax that I bought from this site. I go to the gym often and the shoes give me a bounce to my step when worn. The prices are decent but the shipping cost is a little high. Luckily they were having a 20% discount sale at the time I purchased my shoes. It's still cheaper than if I were to buy them locally.
My son purchased a pair of shoes the 1st of August and returned the following day after receiving the shoes as they were to big and today the end of August we receive the same shoes back saying they can not return them as they have been worn and have dirty soles and said they had socks in them as if they have been worn! You can tell by the dates and the condition of the shoes that they have NOT been worn! How would he have even had time to wear them? They are looking for reasons to waste your time and to not return! So buyer beware, returns with this company is a joke! As you can also see from other customers as well! Take your hard earned money somewhere else where they will stand behind their own policies!
Horrible customer service. Needed an item in 2 business days. Payed the extra that they offered online the night before, expecting for it to arrive in 2 business days instead it arrived in 3 business days. When I called to explain and ask for them to charge me for the 3 business day shipping instead of 2 they refused. Said in their fine print you have to give them 1 business day just to ship. I explained that they need to state that while ordering online. If I had known I had to pay the outrageous charge for overnight shipping to get it in 2 business days then I could have made a more logical decision. False advertising in my opinion. Beware.
Slow shipping and charges for returns. Prices are okay. I would recommend sticking with Amazon over Eastbay. If you do buy something and and return it... They do charge you (even though they state they don't.)
Their customer service sucks. I waited at least 30 minutes for the times I called them. They let me pay a shipping charge even if it was their fault. They said I ordered the size that was delivered. I told them I know what size I am so it is impossible for me to order a different size.
Ordered basketball shoes for $90.00 and $25.00 slide were delivered. I was still charged for the 90$ shoes. I called for the correct item to be shipped but those were no longer in stock. Refund was issued, but extremely inconvenience.
I had to worst experience. For EastBay to have been around for years, customer service department was horrible. Non responsive. Delayed resolution. I understand the impact of COVID, but their customer service was disappointing and frustrating. I had to go through my bank to get my funds by filing a dispute claim.
I ordered shoes that were supposed to be 25% off and ordered it. A week later a got a charge for the full price of the shoes. I called them and they said they never offered any recent deals and I ended up paying full price. I would've ordered somewhere else if I knew I had to pay full price.
My adidas cleats split at the tongue, Eastbay customer service was on perpetual hold. This was the 2nd pair of Adidas that I bought that split in the same spot. Their retail store admitted the products were defective but said I had to go to Eastbay for refund/credit. Hence my frustration.
I placed an order with the company 2 days ago. I called today to have this order cancelled because Eastbay did not provide me with a tracking number. I called and they refused to cancel my order even though the item has not shipped and the refused to give me a tracking number. Not supply a basic tracking number is not acceptable.
When you are having an issue with coupons and they show as applied upon checkout to the customer, you should honor that price. Not send an email confirmation with the full price listed. This was your company's error not mine. Customer service should have honored the price that was showed when I hit order.
Charged me 25 percent tax on my order. 100usd on a 400usd order seems a bit expensive. Where there located it should be 5 percent and where I'm located. When I asked why they charged me the only answer I got was there's nothing they can do about taxes. Don't know if they just jacked it up because of covid19 because I've ordered lost from them and never had to pay this much. Usually 10 percent ( which is still to much for where I'm located) Fu east bay I wish another place sold my shoes
Made the mistake of ordering from them without researching the company first. They let me check out with things in my cart that were 'out of stock.' They then cancelled the order the same day WITH NO NOTICE TO ME. Then took payment the NEXT DAY. After I called them they kept saying I would get my money back but I kept questioning how they thought it was appropriate to cancel an order, not tell me, and STILL ACCEPT PAYMENT. Total garbage company. Do not waste your money with them, go to someone, anyone else. I also emailed them about the order before calling and when I got a response from them they stated they had cancelled the order 'per my request' nice. Try. Really having the audacity to lie to me about it, I'm done. If I don't get refunded my money before the end of the week I'm going through PayPal and they can take it up with eastbay. At least I used PayPal. That's in my favor. Please don't buy from them. Save yourself he anguish.
Did a order from eastbay, 4 pairs of jordan socks, 1 jordan cap, 1 jordan beanie, after waiting weeks my items arrived, the socks were what i ordered, but the jordan cap and jordan beanie were not in the order, instead they sent a purple nike cap, for a child, and a baseball cap, have been in contact with eastbay and they dont give a rats arse... will never deal with this company again...
I pay all the items at the eastbay including the shipment, why that the ups call me and they said that im going to pay for another $55 dollars when it convert to philippine peso it is almost 3,000, what a hect, i've been ship 2x at the footlocker and i don't have any problems regarding the delivery, what is this all about.
Answer: I don't think it is I'm No authority but other Nike apparel that I purchased from a Nike outlet store is more durable and doesn't have the flaws like the graphic completely peeling away after one wash like the Nike T-shirt I got from East Bay I believe there's a lot of imitation Nike sneakers and apparel floating around I once bought a pair of Nikes from eBay and the exact same model of Nikes through the Nike app actually arrived around the same time and I could tell the ones I got from eBay were knockoffs immediately
