Hey i've seen lots of bad reviews and lots of complaints that y'all don't ship on time and it takes lots more time than it says on the checkout like 5-7 or 3-4 days. It this true?

If u live in America it says that. I live in Australia and it says 5-10 days, it's been 11 days and I need these shoes soon
