This company has hidden terms in their policies. Ordered a size 11 shoe. Once received the box said size 11, the packing slip size 11. I put on the shoes and walked to drop off my daughter to school and realized my toes started hurting. I couldn't turn back so dealt with it. When I got home I checked the shoe and it was a size 10.5.
I told them about the mishap and they said send it in. They mentioned when they received it that there was little dirt on them and would not return them... Even after explaining the error on their part they agreed when I asked if it was my fault for trusting the shoe was the same as all the labels and what I ordered.
The only Christmas present I got was the shoes I was able to afford for myself. Now stuck with shoes I Cant use.
Awful site with an awful service! Be aware to don't buy anything from this douchebags! I've ordered a pair of shoes with my credit card, and at first they send a mail telling me that the order was successfully received. Then after a week they send me another mail telling me that the order was canceled, cause they've refused my credit card... after almost a month, passed sending e-mail and claiming my money, they've finally refunded the amount of the order. Avoid this site at any costs!
This company is the worst ever ordered two pairs of shoes in October to be prepared for Christmas had to return both for the correct size only one pair came back which was delivered on front porch as had all my packages for the last 13 years. Called them one second pair had to reorder again by November still haven't received them.
Eastbay states they were delivered by garage which is a lie, they owe me a refund or shoes this company says they will investigate and for us to cooperate no one even contacted us not even UPS. It was all bogus they just decide to email me with investatgation closed. With no grounds this company lies and steals from hard working customers BEWARE you will not RECEIVE shoes or refund,
They wrote the wrong size down twice needless to say had to buy new shoes 5 days before Christmas.

I purchased recently with eastbay, I really want this t- shirt i ordered with couple other things which i couldn't get it where i live. I had use third party shipment which costed me $100. Once i received the wrong t shirt it was the wrong size. I contacted eastbay, they want me send back the shirt back to my cost even though it was their fault. It would cost me more to send the shirt back then the price of the shirt. Unfortunately eastbay customer service isn't good at rectifying mistake they made.
When I recieved my Northface sweatshirt it had a hole in the middle. It took eastbay 3 to 4 weeks to credit my account. They didn't refund me the total price when it was their fault in the first place. Took them forever to talk on the hone. I'll never buy from them again!
Spent hrs on phone literally 6 to be exact and kept saying 3 to 5 money will be back in account been 30 days and finally they said sorry dispute ir with your bank! 's
These $#*!S do not like to honor returns, they look for reasons not too, do not buy from these clowns! They will make $#*! up along the way just to not refund!

I live in Aus and i scoured the internet looking for the Nike Air Max Thea in Ember Glow for weeks and this is the only place that came up with them, in my size! (One place in Aus has them but not my size)
Anyway, im glad i just went with it and purchased! They were delivered this morning and were only ordered last Thursday and shipped last Friday! They are exactly what I ordered, size and all. Shipping was incredibly fast and I was kept up to date with everything! Had I read all of these bad reviews on several websites, I probably wouldn't have used them but now that I have and I personally had no issues, I would use them again!
I have never experience such a lack of personal and if you are getting foreign agents make sure they speak English well, worst customer service I have ever encounter, your company it is absolutely WORTHLESS, there is NOTHING positive about your business, I will make sure this will be broadcast through out every social media and marketing. 18 days after and I am still waiting on my package and NOONE has an answer... Placed an order on 02/12/16 was told I would receive an email after my initial order confirmation email to let me know that the order shipped. UH no email received. Checked on line a few days later and it says fully shipped. BUT THEY DON'T provide actual tracking like from USPS or Fedex! What company doesn't do that? Called their customer service department. WAITED ON HOLD FROM MY CELL PHONE FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP. What a joke! Called the next day and needless to say still waiting on hold..

I have sat on hold for three days in a row. When I go to check my status update it has NO UPDATE. I ordered from Eastbay a pair of Nike LeBron 17 lowcut for $160 on Oct 18th, 2020.
I returned the pair immediately to get my refund after trying on the right shoe with a shoehorn and decided I'm not carrying a shoehorn every place I go to play basketball. I received the pair of shoes back from Eastbay stating no refund because the shoes were used and the item is unstockable. Shocked, I called Eastbay's customer service and they said there nothing they can do.
I ordered 15 pieces of clothings and shoes. They are all fit well. Love this site and will shop again.
I Ordered a Pair of Jordans for work, I loved the shoes and they matched my work uniforms beautifully. Being a female standing at 5'3'' i need a shoe that would stand the test of time. I called Eastbay on Wednesday and spoke with someone about the status of my shipment. She said the package was deemed LOST! How do you lose a pair of sneakers in the mail. I asked for a refund but she said it would be subject to an investigation by the PostMaster General in order for me to get my money back. WOW what a RIPOFF! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST again.

I order some shoes just got them today and they had been worn I know something was up when I open the box am so $#*!ing pissed the box looked old and when I open it the shoes were old the soles had stuff at the bottom of it and the thread coming apart I can't believe this $#*! and I been on hold for a hour and am still on hold right now as am typing this am so heated

Where is my order? This simple company now working for Footlocker Inc. is telling me my order was delivered today. Okay, where is it? I called twice asking for a refund for shoes I never received and never received a tracking#. Now these thieves are telling me because the (1) pair of shoes that have been marked delivered as of today is the reason I have to wait an additional (21) days to investigate. Well, I'll tell you what, you lost a customer that foolishly bought thousands of dollars worth of shoes/year. Go look up customer #*******. Between Footlocker Inc, their affiliates including Eastbay, I have bought way too much stuff. No mas, I will not be treated this way from a company that does not appreciate my business. I ordered the shoes back on June 4th, checked on the order twice and was convinced by Eastbay staff the shoes were not in the warehouse. The second time I ordered from Kid's Footlocker and the shoes never were sent out but I was charged. Eventually I got my money back based on me sending several emails because they aren't taking calls. After all that drama, another Eastbay associate encouraged me to go to a store and order directly from the store because it is a different inventory.so I recently did just that. So basically, I ordered the same shoe three times and waiting to see what happens. This is ridiculous, these stupid companies want to use COVID as a crutch and make the consumer pay for it. Stop doing business if you are going to do bad business.
Answer: I don't think it is I'm No authority but other Nike apparel that I purchased from a Nike outlet store is more durable and doesn't have the flaws like the graphic completely peeling away after one wash like the Nike T-shirt I got from East Bay I believe there's a lot of imitation Nike sneakers and apparel floating around I once bought a pair of Nikes from eBay and the exact same model of Nikes through the Nike app actually arrived around the same time and I could tell the ones I got from eBay were knockoffs immediately
