I found dylanqueen when i was looking for my PROM dress. I got astonished after visualizing the dazzling collection of dylanqueen. The celebrity like dresses pleased me a lot. This online store has had a grand collection of dresses to choose from. I purchased cute pink dress for my prom.
I must admit that the product quality and prompt service of dylanqueen impressed me a lot.

They steal pictures of other peoples dresses and designs and send inferior quality products. Dress did not look like the picture and the fit made it unwearable. Do NOT purchase from them

Still email the company since march regarding, the return of my dress and a full refund. I have been informed that I would only receive half of my money because the need to pay for the materials, staff and tax cost. They also informed me that I would also need to pay for the dress to be return? So over all I have a dress that I will never be able to wear and if I want a refund I will only receive half and I have to pay for the dress to be returned. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my full refund back?

I ordered a gown around 3 weeks ago for my prom. The gown arrived on time, and I was easily able to track it using the link that was emailed to me. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I opened the package. I had ordered the dress in gold, and the colour of the material of the dress was correct. However, the beading of the dress was done in a bright yellow as opposed to the white that was in the picture I ordered. In addition, the sizing was completely wrong. I ordered a size 6, and the length was extremely longer than the length stated. So now, I have a tacky piece of clothing sitting on my bed, and no dress to wear for prom. As a result of my experience, I will never again purchase a dress from dylanqueen.com, and I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I have ordered 5 dresses, 4 of them are not oke, not fitting so I had to make them fitting.
Two dresses are so bad made that it is not possible to repair it.
I made pictures of the dresses where you can see that the dresses are not good. The only answer that i have got from dylanqueen is that the dresses are fine and nothing wrong with it.
I dont agree with this. So i have send them ohter emails but the don't response.
I have payed the dresses with credit card so I will try to get my money back for the 2 dresses.
I will never again buy a dress form dylan queen.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding and although everything in my wardrobe is a size 16 according to Dylan Queen my measurements are wrong. This despite the fact that I have sent them photographic proof that the bust id a size 33"
This was one of their replies after refusing to send me a return address

"Sorry, since it is international transaction, we invested time, labor, fabric into your dress and paid for high international delivery fee, so, we can not fully refund you, besides, if you send it back, we have to pay for the inevitable custom fee, all in all, we hope you can keep the dress and accept our compensation fee 12% dress price"

You can imagine how pleased I was with not only being offered a pathetic 12% but also that fact that think I might be concerned about the customs fee.

My dress is now with a tailor said (and I quote) you have a lot of problems with this dress
And it is costing me just about half of the original cost to get it to fit me

I ordered a dress for a wedding from this company. I wish I had read all the reviews before hand. When the dress arrived it was a deep orange and not red. There were holes in the netting of the bodice. The applique had been sewn on a satin waist sash and was crooked. The dress material had been unevenly sewn onto the underlying liner and could not lay flat - the creases had been sewn in! I contacted this company within 48hrs as dictated by their policy. Although their web site claimed they would replace defective merchandise they told me to take the dress to a tailor and they would refund me 10% of the cost.
I told them that n tailor would be able to fix that dress. The then told me to take it to the tailor and send them the bill. Essentially I would be paying twice for the dress as I am sure they would renege on paying the bill.

I had to order a dress from another company and fortunately they were great. Try IZIDRESSES. Do not order for Dylanqueen.

On my sister's birthday I decided to give her a dress. My one friend suggested me Dylanqueen.com. After his suggestion I cheked Dylanqueen.com and ordered a pretty dress for my cute sister. I just got a delivery in 3 days.

This dress is perfect. Looks great, well done and fabric is so nice. Good to wear on many occasions, goes well with any color. My first time ordering a formal dress online. I was worried that the dress wouldn't come in on time since i order the dress almost 2 weeks before my event. I was even more worried that the dress wouldn't fit. The dress came in on time and fits like a glove. It was beautiful and it wasn't too expensive. So love shopping online now!
