BEWARE: I purchased a dress with beading from DylanQueen.com. The beading was horribly mismatched colors with each other and the dress. They guarantee: "We carefully select high-quality beads, pearls, fabrics and threads to create every dress. We look for vibrant colors, beautiful sheen and rich textures in every material that goes into your dress."
However, they selected purple, blue and emerald colored beads that clash terribly with each other and with the pale pink dress; it looks incredibly tacky. Chinese seamstresses obviously have different color tastes than in the US. (They acknowledged the problem when they asked if we could get it fixed locally.) They have refused to provide a refund. In doing internet research, its obvious they essentially NEVER provide refunds. I would warn anyone against buying here. By the way, they ship from Suzhou China; good luck trying to do a return even if they would do it...
After a week of purchasing a dress from Dylan queen in which was 133$$ plus 35$ for tailoring and 16$ for express shipping... The dress was the wrong color wrong length size very bad tailoring it was made out of sequence not lace... E-mails back and forth from several different people for a week so far... They want me to send them back the dress at my expense they want to refund only 60$ of the dress size... All of these goods reviews online are false you can't locate not one person who's published these good reviews... My daughters with out a her high school prom dress... I will continue to unmask these frauds! Call your local attorney general, BBB and so on... Cannot find any CEO/ owner/ manager for this comp. Nor contact #... There are several other company names online. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! OUT 184$... They do not want to refund full amount or return postage and it states it in there policy! FRAUDS! Located in China!

I have ordered this orange dress, but it took so long time to send it to me, beyond the due date, and nearly missed my party. I actually arrived at the day before my party. I was so anxious and worried that i can not wear my dress during the party. I was disappointed. However, the quality is good beyond my imagination, which makes up the poor shipping. Still like it!
Love the back design The dress arrived a few days sooner than the estimate date,. Thankfully. Since I thought it might not arrive in time for prom. The dress is beautiful and was just a slight bit big in the bust area but we made it work. The back design is wonderful. It looks sexy and luxury.

Ordered a purple maxi dress from this site and when it arrived it looked exactly like it did on the site. The size guide was really accurate so I actually got something that fitted, not something that said it would fit and was then way too small or way too big.

OMG seriously the worst customer service. The worst dress I have ever ordered online. Cheap, wrong color, wrong fabric and definitely not anything like the photo in the catalog. So so disappointed. I reached out after I hadn't received my rush order to cancel my order. They refused to cancel my order and insisted on sending me this piece of junk. Seriously it looks like a choir gown the I sewed myself. Lesson learned. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER.
