This is a follow up from a review I previously posted regarding PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!" -
The company responded to my review and asked for my order number so they could look into it, and also asked that I email them, even though I have gone back and forth with them via email approximately 10 times! Again, I would like for any prospective customers to take the time to read these reviews before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time because I found exactly what I was looking for on their website and after reading their return policy, was satisfied that I could send it back if it didn't work out.
For the record, I received a dress in a totally different color than what was ordered and all that I asked was to return and exchange it for the correct color. I did not ask for a refund or discount, just to exchange it. This is the reply that I received from them:
"we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding" Tell me, how many consumers would consider receiving the wrong color dress to be a subtle error? Since this response, they told me in another email that they do not have an exchange policy, and I followed back with quoting what it says on their website and they still told me to "keep the dress because it is beautiful."
Obviously this company had no intent of honoring their exchange policy and hide under the pretense that all of their dresses are "made to order" even though I ordered a standard size so that I could exchange or return it if I did not like it when I received it! DYLAN QUEEN, my Order # is D**************, and i would like to return this dress and ask that you honor your return/exchange policy that states:
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to our Team. Upon the arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check and make sure the dress has been made in accordance with your order specifications. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, removing the tags, or washing the dress.
2. Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), we will be responsible for item exchange. You may also return the product and get a full refund.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.
ALL I ASK IS FOR YOU TO HONOR YOUR OWN RETURN POLICY AND GIVE ME A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. I would even settle for you to exchange the dress for the one that I expected to receive AND am even willing to pay the shipping fee, so there is truly no reason why you shouldn't resolve this issue.
