I placed an order on June 22 with this website and on June 24th they processed it. By July 8th I checked the status of my order and I noticed that it was "closed". I quickly contacted them since I knew that they had already charged my card and they claimed that their bank did not receive the funds. On my banking statement it says that the transaction took place in Neijing but the lady told me theyre situated in Hong Kong.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! TOTAL SCAM
DylanQueen was so easy to use. And the oder was very quickly to arrived. I got my dress and it looks very nice, GREAT service!
Please do not buy from these scammers the so called dresses are disgusting and there after sales is crap don't expect to get your money back

Again as im sure people can see I wrote a review about Dylan & queen regards my daughters dress witch I sent back to them as it was a mess so there sitn with dress and money and we still have nothn bk from them,,, they wrote a review under my last review here askn fr order numbers etc and details,,,, so I sent them all they needed right away,, still we r sitn with no replys again not even an email,, I have never had to deal with anything like this in my life from buyn online and no mater what will I ever use Dylan and queen again,,, it should be closed down all they want is people, s money and the stuff is not cheap especially fr a single mother and daughter to pay also the price u have to pay alone for postage then customs letter comes u need to pay that also and to return its dear to,,, they false advertise and when stuff comes its nothn like wat u seen on the site im fed up getn ignored and treated like dirt from these people,,,,,,,,,, all we want is r money back and this mater dealt with a, s, a, p
