The dress was true to the image just slight difference in colour. It was well constructed and with minor adjustments it'll fit perfectly.

I will never ever order to this site again. I ordered my wedding shoes but my shoes didnt arrived before my wedding comes. They send me an e mail that my shoes is already shipped out by december 3 and its says that i gonna received my package in 8 days but they just fooled me. Until my wedding come on december 19 my shoes didnt arrived. So i dont have any choice i buy a new shoes in a near butikk in our place. When i send them messages they told me that next time im gonna order into their site they will give me a discount. I dont trust this site. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY INTO THIS SITE AGAIN.

I ordered two dresses from Dresswe.com. When they arrived they were too small. I contacted them via email asking for a return authorization number and an address to ship the dresses back to their factory. They delayed getting this information to me by asking me if I would accept a credit instead and keep the dresses. Why would I want to keep two dresses that are too small. I persisted and finally got an address to ship them to. I sent them using DHL as the carrier and paid $120 for freight to ship them back. I did this in good faith and once the dresses were received I was expecting a credit. At this point the credit was going be $205.68 but if you deduct the cost of the freight I paid to return them, I wouldn't even be breaking even. Now the dresses are with DHL in China and there is a small charge of $20.81 for customs that is due from the recipient. DressWe has been contacted by DHL several times but does not reply. Unless they take possession of the dresses by paying the $20.81 cost my credit will not be returned. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct business and I will not order from them ever again and would not give them a good recommendation either.

The dress is horrible! I spent my budget on this wedding dress, which wasn't much but all I had. It arrived today and it is the worst craftsmanship I could have imagined. Sequence were hanging off, loose threads everywhere, the color was off, and the worse part was the lace on the bodice was sewn on crooked and was hanging off the front on one side, and too short on the other. I ordered this dress because of the sweetheart neckline and that was nonexistent. It was just straight across with this stupid lace hanging over because it was too long. Not to mention the lace is raw edge with fibers sticking out. I have tried to get in contact with customer service, and no luck! I did get an estimate on return shipping from usps.com...$80! I paid $117 for the dress. I guess I'm stuck with garbage, and now I have to try to locate the money to buy something else. Thanks a lot Dresswe. You have really made this happy occasion a sad situation. Shame on you for stealing from brides to be and ruining their happy time.

I have ordered three products total $ 160.00 on 08/31/14. Two dresses and a pair of earrings. One dress US size 12. It arrived soon enough but was size 8 and very poor quality. Nothing like the picture! They are insisting that that's what I ordered. Like I do not know my own size. When I tried to return it, they told me I'd only get 50 % of original price back. When I tried to get an exchange for a larger size, they kept stalling and sent me these gibberish instructions on how to measure my self. And send the measurement. I did it and they told me I need to send a picture of the measurement! Up to now they have not clarified what they mean by measurement picture. The second dress has never arrived. The earrings were supposedly shipped but I have not received them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A NIGHTMARE. IT IS NOW OCTAND I AM STILL STRUGGLING TO RESOLVE THIS ORDER PROBLEM. I HAVE GIVRN UP HOPE OF EVER GETTING A REFUND.

All purchased clothes is the same as on pics. Dresswe has low prices, but a huge range and good quality. Shipping for Singapore was also fast. I`m satisfied!
My dress came exactly as the picture like I ordered, and fit well as it was ordered to my size. I'm pleased with the quality of the material and the dress in general. However the customer service I received was unsatisfactory. My order tab was never updated and I also had to message customer service for my order updates. I was told on one occasion my dress would be shipping within a week or so, and once the time frame came and passed I inquired as to why I had not recieved a shipping update message, and was told that they needed to know my deadline so they could ship it on time. So basically I was lied to about shipping the first time. I paid shipping 3 times on my order. Once when I first paid the order but 2 more times for international shipping which was not mentioned before purchasing. Customer service had timely replies but was sometimes untruthful and it was inconvenient having to message them everytime you wanted to know what stage your order was in. A great quality dress but less than average customer service. So buyer beware this website will cost you a lot of patience and time and some hidden fees.
Worst. Site. Ever! I bought six dresses through this site for prom. One arrived within one month and fit nice. The next one arrived in six weeks and had problems with uneven hem, and loose threading throughout. The next one arrived in seven weeks and fit nice. The fourth one arrived in eight weeks and was not as nice as the one on the website. The fifth arrived over two months after the order was placed - after prom. The sixth, well, after two months I wrote and told them to forget it, so I got a refund. Worst customer service. They would respond promptly if there was a sale to be made and always sent the same kind of 'fill in the gap' response, but no real answer. After two months, and sending photos of the one damaged dress, they refuse to refund my money for it because it is too late! Then, when I send an email complaining, I get a very prompt response from them about my 'american mouth'!
Don't be fooled by the pretty photos and cheap prices like I was! This is a Chinese sweat shop. And, please note that almost every Five Star review is written in choppy English. Hmmmm? Wonder who is writing these reviews. Perhaps they should be at the sewing machine or post office instead of writing fake reviews.

If you like customer service, and believe companies exist to provide desired products to people, this is NOT the store for you!
We ordered a dress on September 27th, for our ball on November 13th. The site promised a 16 day turnaround due to the dress custom fitting. A month later, no dress. We check in to see what happened, and they haven't even sent it! In fact, after 6 weeks, it still said "pending" on payment and "processing" on shipment. Granted, they of course took our money but never supplied a dress.
They claimed we gave them an inncorrect shipping address and therefore couldn't send it. The shipping address was fine, and we replied twice stating that everything was in order. All other companies use it. When we asked why they did not contact us about this issue, they replied that they e-mailed many times with no response. Funny thing was, no e-mail showed up; not in our inbox, junk mail, or trash. It was a lie to cover their sleazy actions.
We asked for a full refund of course. They said best they can do is 40% due to the dress being a custom fit. We're still battling them to this day for the refund.
Who does this?! Who takes your money, doesn't deliver the promised product, accuse you of giving a wrong address, then accuses you of not responding to e-mails that they never sent, and refuses to refund you for all their failures?
Find another site. This one is a scam...

I ordered two items: a shirt, and a dress at the same time in January. I got an order number for the shirt and it came within 2 weeks. The shirt was alright, it seemed cheaply made, and the material wasn't too nice. I never got an order number for the dress so I wasn't able to check on the delivery status of it, and I didn't know where it was or if it was even coming. I tried to contact the customer support, but they needed the order number WHICH I NEVER GOT. It finally came in MARCH (2 months of waiting), but when I opened it, the lace material was not the same as the picture, and the dress was way way too small. I tried to contact customer service again to see if I could return it and get my money back, and the same person contacted me and asked for the order number AGAIN which I don't have because I never received an order number anyway. I even sent a picture of the bar code, and other information that came with the dress, and still they can't help me without a transaction ID or order number. DON'T BUY FROM HERE
I like the veriety of the products. You can eather find cheap or expencive products. Lots of ootd ideas girls. If you still purchase anthing from this site, you deffinately have to :) You wont regret.

I had some real reservations ordering a wedding gown from this site, but decided go for it anyway. Since the prices were so inexpensive, I figured I wouldn't be out much if I got scammed. First of all, shipping of the gown was quite prompt. I ordered on 5/22 and had the dress by 6/14. That said, the gown came in a plastic bag that was quite small, so it was pretty bunched up. A steamer and an iron took care of that. When the package arrived, I was concerned though. The plastic was filthy dirty, but the dress was double bagged so it stayed clean. I had given custom measurements and the dress fit very well with one exception: it is at least 6 inches too long. I'm getting married on the beach and am wearing flat sandals. Even in 5 inch heels, I was tripping over the hemline. With 5 inch heels, I am about 6 ft tall! The dress was stated as having a 61in length from the hollow of the neck. I specifically put 57 inches. I think they added the difference instead of subtracting it. I will say however that the dress did indeed look like the photo, was very pretty, and the upper body fit was fine. I will be having to have it altered for a cost of more than the dress itself. I will be having it shortened, made so the train can be bustled and one shoulder strap taken up a bit as it falls off (my shoulders are a bit uneven, so I cannot blame them for that problem). I also ordered a bracelet/hand jewelry on 5/26 at which has yet to ship. Today is 7/6. I will give credit for prompt email replies when I had a question, but I didn't try to return anything. Overall an OK to good experience.
Do not buy anything from this co., dresswe. Their policy states 100% satisfaction, but they don't mean it. I bought a dress, tried it on the same day. Did NOT like the way it fit, the heaviness of the fabric, the form fitted chest, so I emailed them the same day I received it asking how to return it. They didn't respond for 3 days, and then told me I needed to take pictures to prove there was something wrong with it. We went back and forth with emails, all the while they stated I needed to prove what was with it and that I could return it but wouldn't give me an address to send it to. They also kept offering to give me a credit to use on future purchases. I opened a dispute with paypal credit and they gave me instructions to send it back, along with a discouraging threat on how it would be hard and expensive and not worth my while to send it back. The dispute was found in my favor, but unfortunately I couldn't prove they received the dress. I only had a customs number, the post office told me I couldn't track the package past the US border. So I am still waiting. This co. Knew what they were doing when they gave me instructions. They do not take returns, their policy is a lie!
