I received an email that 2 of 3 items shipped. In the my account section it states all three have shipped. This seems like a scam. On top of that I'm in MS, it's been 5 days and package has only moved from NY to NJ... with an estimated arrival date of today. Ridiculous. There seems to be way too many people having issues! I'm sick of reading the "I'm sorry" responses. "I'm sorry" doesn't do anything to fix the problems. This place should be shut down. I even paid for tracking! I'm beyond pissed. I'll give it a few more days and then I'm having my bank return my money... AND THEY WILL DO IT (I work for my bank).
I thought I found a nice website to get some inexpensive clothing that are not bad looking. What a huge mistake! The quality of clothing that I received is beyond my comprehension. You can get better quality clothing at Walmart! And this comes from a person who spent half of her life in eastern european communist bloc. Back then clothing was really hard to buy, locally produced was really bad quality. Please stay away and don't get charmed by beautiful pictures and all the raving reviews (the company gives rewards for writing them!). I have to yet see my honest review of items purchased. I have to say that one star is really for lovely support that answers promptly.

I can't rate the products I purchased because I'M NEVER GETTING THEM! The tracking # they gave me cannot even be found. I've even tried to google the shipping company from the tracking# and I don't find anything! It has been over 3 weeks already since I placed my order & paid. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift! Ordered last year in December and has to open a claims thru paypal in March after not receiving items. They kept emailing me to wait and it was way past the 45 business days. They showed pictures of products with labels ready for delivery, then I got an email saying that they did not have The shirt I ordered and to choose another one. I said I wanted a refund instead. Someone should shut this company down

Just like many of the reviews here, I am not fully impressed. Being in sales, I understand that it can take some time for items to be shipped out. I have waited the maximum stated of 25 business days and then some for my order.
What I don't like from this internet company is the fact you can not contact them direct as error messages appear. It only seems that they contact you about the order once you have left a negative response. Whether these issues get resolved for myself and other parties leaving reviews is yet to be seen but lets hope they do.

I ordered from Dresslily back in late November 2021 and have been actively checking the tracking website for my order. It hasn't updated since November, saying it's in transit. When I tried going to customer service, I couldn't even but a ticket in because it said the verification code was incorrect. Overall I'm not pleased with Dresslily's service.
Ordered an item on March 1st. It is now June 17th and I still haven't received it. I order from Chinese vendors pretty frequently, so this isn't an issue with shipping times. This is either lazy, neglectful sellers or an outright scam. Avoid this company.
Update 7. 1. 15 - I was contacted by the company, told to contact them through the website using my order number and support ticket number. Shockingly, their "contact us" page doesn't work. And shows no records according to my support ticket number; the same ticket number they issued me when I first began to complain. Horrible, horrible people.

The four items I ordered came in two separate packages within the timeframe they promised. It was obvious right away the quality of the items was not what was pictured on the website. It was made of polyester blends and had the worst feel of any fabric I have ever touched. I let this be a learning experience for me as this is how it goes when you risk ordering online. I did look into returning the items, but could not find how to after extensive searching. My only hope is they take advertisements off Facebook so others won't be fooled as well.

My items came fabulous. I am glad that I discovered this store. I received my order quickly and efficiently. Good quality. Reasonable prices. Customer service is ok, it responds quickly to messages. The clothes are just like they looked on the website and everything fitted perfectly. I already have other items saved in the favorites list for a next order. I have ordered from Dresslily.com twice, and both times I have been very satisfied. It is important o pay attention to the measurement notes when deciding on a size. Their easy cm to inch conversion calculator is quite useful for an American like me in doing this. I've been consistently impressed by the quality of the products here. Several dresses that I have ordered were of top quality material and worth far more than what I paid.
Never order form them terrible company been almost 3 months and nothing I ordered has come. I am filing a dispute with my Credit Card company to get my money back. One thing they are fast at is taking your money.

Fake phone number?! No one answers customer service line! At first, it was a recording that I could not understand. As the days went on, it rang and rang and then nothing. Today, it was the broken recording again that sounds muffled on purpose and then you can understand their operation hours and it cut out. It sounds like Monday-Friday 17 o'clock! And their machine capacity is FULL so you cant leave a message.
I've also been submitting messages to their customer service page and have not gotten a reply after leaving several complaints and asking WHERE MY ORDER IS!? No reply.
I ordered gifts and paid for them to be here in 3-5 days. Guess what? NOTHING.
I am disgusted. I trusted the site, and wish i would have known their reputation beforehand. That's what I get for seeing their ads on Facebook and thinking they were reputable.
It's already my 6th order on Dresslily and I'm totally satisfied with it. Only on of those six orders was running late but after contacting the (very kind) customer service the problem was fixed right away and my order arrived shortly after.
I don't understand why people are complaining about long shipping times - that's why it's free! You can always choose a faster shipping way if you are willing to pay for it as on every other side.
The products I ordered were mainly accessories (no clothes so far) and totally worth the price. You get what you can expect for the price!
I bought 2 pairs of fold over heather wide leg pants and they are pretty decent quality. The only issue I had with them is that some strings from the material have come lose so the quality could be a bit better. Otherwise, they were exactly what I expected. I will purchase more in the future for sure.
I placed an order for 4 items on May 7,2017. It's been 2 months and I am still waiting for my 4th item. They keep telling me to wait, that the items were shipped from different warehouses, etc. and they won't give me my money back.
I am filing a claim against this company with PayPal. They should not let these crooks use their system.

Do not order from this company. I ordered my products on 2/15. I had ZERO updates from them after they took my money. On 2/28 I messaged them asking when I would receive shipping updates. They told me it would be shipped by 3/6. Here we are 3/14 and I have zero updated shipping information for an item I needed this week. No place do they say it could possibly take over a month to receive your items. I've now asked for a refund twice and the answer is always a generic "your items have been shipped out" response. Absolute rip off. I order a ton of merchandise online and this is BY FAR my worst experience ever.

I got an email saying only part of my. Order had been shipped and have been trying to get in touch with them and it's just useless! I've raised 2 tickets with them and sent them an email. Each time they've said it'll be 24 hours and they'll reply. It has definitely been more than 24 hours.
Which is a pity because I've ordered from them before and the dresses are really nice.
Dresslily really need to work on their communication skills. Hopefully they'll do something about it now.
I ordered 3 "sweatshirts" and only received 2 of them. I left a question on there website to be contacted in 24 hours (as they don't even have a direct email) and never heard a peep back! Mind you, the sweatshirts resembled nothing what the photo showed but the sizes were way off. I still haven't received the third sweatshirt or an email in trying to get my refund back. Such bad service and an overall company! I will never use them again. They should be shut down for these things
