I made my first order on DressLily and I'll definitely order for more. I found some great deals with good design and quality. I ordered a dress, a blouse and accessories (6 necklaces and earrings). My experience: the site is well organized and has a lot of jewelry and clothing options. As I said, I ordered 8 products and I'm happy with 7 of them. They took a little over two weeks to ship my order, but once they did came very fast. It took longer to ship than to arrive. Well, the price is fair, cheap, quality is good and in the end is worth it. I'll continue to place orders on this website. It is valid and reliable.

Very disappointing overall

Very disappointing overall. Prices are good and I had no issues with delivery, I believe I had my items within 2 weeks which I was ok with. The actual clothes themselves were just so cheap looking. The pictures on the website look fantastic but they are very misleading. Exposed zips, cheap lining, cheap sheer fabrics and one dress was far shorter than it appeared in the picture. I wouldn't be tempted to order from here again. I ordered 2 dresses so I can't comment on shoes or accessories.

Consumers beware!

Consumers beware! When you purchase any item on this site that you are unhappy with or does not fit you properly, you will NOT be able to return it, even though the website says that you have 7 days to return any purchased items. When you read the customer service portion on the website, it simply instructs you to email a request for an authorization number prior to making your return. However, when they reply to your request they simply tell you that since they shipped you the items you ordered, it is only fair that you keep them and that it would be unfair to return them back. And you guessed it, they never do issue you an authorization number. In my ethical opinion, it's only fair that they disclose on the check out page that all items are FINAL SALE, and not miss lead consumers by advertising that returning an item is an easy process and is an option they will accept. Furthermore, I had to wait 1 MONTH for the dress i ordered to arrive to my house. They gave me some ridiculous answer for why the shipping took as long as it did. Something about the item was shipped from China and i selected ground shipping and this is why it took 4 weeks. However, at check out they don't give you a shipping option check list, they decide for you, and then the blame for the delivery time frame falls on you, anyway. Hmmmm, will not be shopping here ever again, now that i am an informed consumer and had to learn the hard way. I literally have to digest that now I am stuck with a dress that does not fit me and i do not wish to keep! In my opinion this company engages in poor ethical practices, with a lack of transparency and customer service. I would never and have never purchased from an online company that discloses that they have a final sale policy. How do you protect yourself when they say one thing, yet do another, regarding their policy guidelines?

The price is right and the quality of the products varied. Sometime (most of the time), I felt that I've found some great deals with good design and quality. Approximately 10% of the time, I wish I had been more careful :) Overall happy and will definitely order more.

I am writing a review to inform others of my wonderful shopping experience with Dresslily. I discovered this site by change when I was shopping at a similar site and didn't know how much I would enjoy the products I have purchased from them. I have been satisfied with all my purchases and have gone back to shop repeatedly with them. The only thing is that the shipping takes a while, however since I don't have to pay for it, I don't mind the wait.

Dresslily has lots of great clothes, although i once got a defective item which i could not change. Also sometimes it takes long for them to send you some of the things you order, for example you buy 5 things but at the beginning they only send 3 item and a month later or even more the send the other and sometimes they sell you something that's out of stock. Still, i really like the styles of clothing they have and most of the time i haven't had many problems, the fabrics are good quality and a very comfortable. The clothes usually fit really well so the measurements are done right. Overall i like buying in dresslily

I love this shop it's full of cheap items which are great. However some of the sizing is not correct and it does take a while to ship to the UK. Apart from this I am very happy with this website. I would recommend it.

Dresslily has always been my priority store when it comes to shoppiing. The quality of clothes are very good and the designs are pretty nice, not any other stores you can find. The price is super reasonable and fast shipping and they responsd to querlies very fast. Good good good!

Well I found this site on line and the designs looked really interesting, the prices were ridiculously cheap the goods came within the allotted time but on opening the very Slim parcel of 5 items I realised just how stupid I had been the clothes were indeed very cheap and very nasty, terrible material, they were so bad I did not even try to pass them on, I threw them straight in the bin but then you really do get what you pay for so the fault is mine.
Advice do not be smoozed by cunningly well taken photos!

I apparently didn't read through the review in its entirety. First, the phone number goes straight to voicemail, then you email they sen you a help desk ticket which is a generic message I order my cloting on 9/10 it is now 9/24 I also did expedited shipping. This site is a total fraud. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau today.

I ordered from DressLily and like many of you it took a while for my order to come, about a month. However, i did get a quick and polite reply when I asked about the wait time for my order. As far as the items go I was not overly impressed. The jewelry was hit and miss. The bracelet I received broken but the ring and necklaces were very nice. I was much less impressed with the dress and cardigan I purchased. Both fit but cheaply made with sheer, cheap material.

I had a funny feeling about ordering from this site, but I thought I would try it out anyway - great prices, great clothes, but I have yet to receive my items. It has been over two weeks and I dont' haev my items and no one has returned my phone calls or responded to my emails. I can never get in touch with anyone. Even the live chat doesn't work. Their customer service is terrible. I can't even rate the clothes because I haven't received them yet!

It has now been 2.5 weeks and I have tried to contact the company several times in an attempt to get an answer on when my items will leave there warehouse and I have heard nothing. This Company is a joke. I wish I never saw those clothes pop up on the side of my facebook. I figured, what could happen?!? Cute looking cheap clothes, right... NOPE! I wont be surprised if I never even receive them. Emailing Paypal now to start a dispute. This company is the pits!

I ordered about four things after seeing these cute butterfly heels. I decided to shop their site and order a couple other things as well. I was so thrilled by the prices and how cute the shoes and clothes I got would be when I got them. I even paid extra to have them here within 3-7 business days. Well I realized after tracking my order it had been in processing for like 4 days in a row. So I looked up their customer service phone number and it went straight to a strange voice mail, it didn't even have the company's name on the recording. I chalked it up to its overseas I believe and maybe that's is just how they have to handle U. S calls... so I left a message asking if someone could please let me know what was going on with my order. It's another 2 weeks later and I still haven't received anything, not a call to even lie and say it's back ordered or that it's being shipped today. I have not gotten any reply other than from my credit card statement with my order paid in full to the company. I will never shop online here, there or anywhere again, it's to much of a risk! But I am not going to let it just slide, I will use whatever outlet I can, and you can start with PayPal or B. B. B. I will pray that no one else gets screwed over and scammed!

Ordered 1 size up for t-shirt and it's wearable. Two sizes up could have been better though. Ok delivery time. Cute design. Fabric is thinner than I would expect for a t-shirt. Ok for the price paid for a single item order.

Would not order more than one item at a time or anything pricey due to shipping cost being included in the value marked for the item for customs declaration. Paying shipping separately would avoid having to pay extra for customs fees+tax.

Knowing that the site is operated by the same company that runs rosewholesale.com I will steer away in the future, regardless that had no problem with this order.
