I ordered a coat to wear over the Christmas Holiday season on NOVEMBER 14,2014, with a ship date range of 10 - 24 days. It is DECEMBER 23,2014 and I still have not received the coat. I have contacted customer service multiple times only to be told to wait, as there may have been bad weather, etc. that caused the delay. I thought that 24 days would take that into consideration! I have asked for a refund, as even if I do receive the coat at some point in time it is useless to me now.
12/23/14 10:32 p.m. EST. The canned "response" Dresslily posted below is as useless as they have done nothing to resolve this issue. They know that I am disappointed, have not received the item, and want a refund but again, have done nothing but post this lame reply.
Well i odered a sweathshirt and it came in like 8 days but once it came the quality was almost like a party city cheap costume and it looks horrible!

I have made an order for 2 sweaters I pd for it it was so call sent out on 11/26/14 and was told I would recieve it within 15/25 days and I have not recieved my packages as of yet I summitted a ticket and was told that there is no tracking # due to I did the free shipping so at this point dont know if I am going to recieve my packages and I am ready to contact the BBB and retain an attorney I have called them several times asking for a refund and no answer from this company I believe this company is a fraud and I will let everyone know about there terrible customer service.
I submitted an order in November. It shipped on 11/26. Received an email with a tracking number first week in December. Last week checked tracking number and it stated it could not be tracked. Submitted a ticket and was told that because it was free shipping it could not be tracked and it would take 10-25 business days, shipped from China. False advertising and no customer service whatsoever. They charged my card the day before it shipped. I dread receiving the product as I am afraid it will be less than quality expected.

EDIT: Now almost 3 months after making this complaint, and still struggling to get a refund regardless of many many email/ticket conversations with them.
I first made an order with DressLily at the start of October, and it was stuck on processing for 6 weeks. I submitted a ticket and only then was I told the item I wanted was out of stock (I'd already paid yet no notice had been given until I asked). They were kind enough to offer a refund, which was fine. I thought I'd try another order since the clothes looked good - received a hooded sweater today and it is awful quality. Wool threads/ends hanging out from most of the seams, somewhat mishapen and a very unflattering shape; was advertised as one size for XS to M but it's more like an XL.
Can't seem to submit a ticket for this problem as their support center won't go through for me. Seems to be constant problems.
I did have another item in the order where the quality was fine, but again the size seem much larger than advertised.
Overall, seems to be a bit of a lottery when buying here. Not worth the risk.

At this time I feel that I will not get the rest of my items that I have ordered. I recieved the smaller less "expensive" items... delivered from the Neterland Post... I have not recieved a tracking number as most of you have stated from the China Post... WTF is going on... I was hoping not to have to write a review here, but I am afraid I must. I see that DressLily is responding to complaints on this site so it is my only hope to reach them. I have written them 3 times in an attempt to return several items I purchased from them. I bought one coat, three dresses and a pair of boots. The boots fit and are good value for money so I kept them, however all clothes were way too small despite having used the correct sizing charts. I now have 2 support ticket ID's but no response from DressLily. I want my money back for items that were misrepresented size wise on their website. As a note aside, the clothing looked lovely, if only I could have worn the items all would have been great

Like many others on here, I wish I'd read these first. I'd like to commend DressLily on their very legit looking website. You fooled me. I ordered two skirts and a belt (one of the skirts, apparently, isn't being shipped with the rest of my order. See photo.) The tracking number they gave me doesn't actually do anything and I was led to believe my order was being shipped from Staten Island, New York! That's obviously not the case as I placed my order on 11/29, the order was shipped on 12/12 (bit of a shipping gap, don't you think?) and I live in PENNSYLVANIA. I am literally one state below the expected origination. I've had other items, both bought and shipped SINCE then, that have arrived. After reading other reviews, I am really concerned that maybe my items won't be arriving. Ever. So, on that last note, I can't really speak to the quality of the items and I have not received, and will likely, apparently, never receive, them.
I sent a ticket in a bit before I read these reviews but, after doing so, have lost hope on that achieving anything. Also, I know DressLily will reply to this with some automated looking response. Maybe that will help my order get here. I don't know. It was worth a shot.

This site is by far the worst clothing site I have ever bought from!
I am a man and ordered Medium size clothes as I am always a medium, I ordered a couple of hoodies in Large thinking I could wear things under them... they must be made for pixies! The medium tops arms come to my elbows and about 4" above my waist and the large hoodies are fractionally bigger.
What do you do in this situation, ask how to return for larger sizes... their response was that the clothes are now second hand and cannot be returned! They said the solution is that I buy everything again in XL and they will give me 20% discount!
All the items are very very poor quality and don't look like the pictures.
The items arrived at different times in different packaging so I guess it's dropship sales with no way of returning. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE, YOU WILL BE THROWING MONEY AWAY.

I have never written a review before, however I am so outraged by their business practices I am hoping to warn others! "DON'T SHOP HERE! The low prices and cute clothes are very enticing however the quality is extremely cheap and does not look like the picture at all! The sizes run 2 sizes too small and the clothes are uncomfortable and itchy due to bad quality. Forget about trying to return anything. You will have to pay an outrageous price to ship it back to China and though it is not stated anywhere on their website they will not give you a full refund!
