This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order nearly two months ago and the site immediately took my money and then on request told me that the product I ordered was out of stock. They made me change my order to something cheaper and said they "shipped" it on the 5th of November. I received a shipping order that was not trackable and have not had any news about it since. This is ridiculous! I have not received anything and I am going to initiate a refund with PayPal. This is terrible service and possibly the worst e-tailer I have encountered.

I ordered a couple of items about a month and a half ago and I have yet to receive ANY of my items. I tried to track the order and it stated that it was and invalid number so I was unable to send in a ticket. So I tried to call the number that they provided and every time I called I got a different voice mail (how is that possible?) So I left a message(s) and 2 weeks later still nothing from them. I am really starting to think that this company is DEF a SCAM!

Your hard earned money should not go to this no good website. My delivery is lost somewhere in the world for more than two months and all what I hear is the same robotic responses from costumer no care ppl!
Ordered from this site early December and money was taken from my account immediatly. Just received the package today. The dresses I ordered in size large are more like tight shirts. The sweater I ordered is completely wet in its sealed package. Also didn't have any care label or size or any other label saying where it's made ( on the wet sweater). Wouldn't reccomend this site to anyone, not worth the discount!
I've never had such a frustrating and terrible online shipping experience until I bought from DressLily. Three of the items that I ordered had quality-related issues yet they are refusing to take the items back and refund me; furthermore, they said that if I wanted to return the items I'd have to pay for the shipping myself which is absolutely ridiculous considering the deformed products weren't even my fault. I have been talking to customer service for WEEKS yet they still refuse to do anything. ALSO I had to contact them THREE more times because they forgot to ship half my order - half of it came in the mail and when I waited for weeks for the other half to come, it never did until I bugged them for it. They never apologized or admitted that the problem was on their end, yet they have no problem crediting my money at the speed of lightning. Please DO NOT shop here unless you're willing to deal with dead-end customer service, the probability of your items never making it to your doorstep, or receiving quality defunct items that DressLily will refuse to take back. One last note - not all of their pictures match up with the real item, so I'd measure yourself against the clothing descriptions very carefully. The pictures can be very deceiving.
PLEASE STAY AWAY! I wish I had read the reviews for this HORRIBLE company before ordering from them! They will take your money almost RIGHT AWAY and then NEVER SEND YOUR PRODUCT! Or at least not within the same month! I ordered something for a Christmas party and ordered it on the 10th of December and it's AFTER CHRISTMAS and it still says "order processing" yet they tool (STOLE) my money the next day after placing the order! I have yet to get a REAL response from them other than something generic and I have requested a refund. I DOUBT that it will happen. Not only that but the OTHER REVIEWS I've read says that IF the shirt EVER does come in it will NOT BE WORTH NOTHING. Everyone else says how HORRIBLE the quality of the clothes are. I have placed an order on december 4th and paid right away, got an email saying they got my order info plus my payment was received. I ordered a coat which was supposed to be in stock.
However, when I started emailing them after 18 days without a whipment confirmation they started reacting really weird. The coat was out of stock, they didn't know when it was coming back. Well, I don; t want to receive a wintercoat in the beginning of spring.
I asked how long it would take. And they canceled my order, saying they'd give me a full refund. Well, they had my money within one day. I still don't have my money back!
Dresslily is a scam of thieves from China. If I would've been smart enough to read reviews here at first, I would've never ordered.
My friend did get her order after a week. All of her items (dresses, shoes and a coat) are the worst quality ever. She wanted to return something. Turns out she would have to pay to get it shipped to China and they didn't want to give her a full refund.
I hope many people read all these reviews here before ordering and making a huge mistake.

I only order jewelry, and I'm very happy with their products and the choice they offer. The quality is great, I'm never disappointed. The shipping is free and fast, and I never had any troubles with it. I really recommend this website!
Almost 2 months later & I still don't have my jacket. They took my money immediately on November 2nd, never told me the jacket was on backorder until I questioned why it was still in "processing" status 2 weeks after my payment was taken, & now I'm getting the runaround about shipping. They sent an email on December 7th stating that it shipped but then when I sent in a support ticket asking for accurate tracking info (the one in the shipping email was useless), the tracking page says it shipped from the Netherlands on December 21st. This is ridiculous. By the time my coat gets here, it'll be spring! And that's if it ever shows up at all. Tons of websites have reviews recounting this same sort of experience with this website. I am starting to really regret not doing my research first & won't be ordering from them again.

Coat size is wrong still after checking measurements on their website. The coat is not even stitched fully. There is no hole to tie buttons. Poor quality. Way to far to what in picture. I believe primark got better stuff than this.
