When my sister in law was chosen for my secret Santa, believe me, I was beyond excited. I wanted to get her everything on her wishlist, but with little money I had to be very selective of the gifts I got for her and the amount I could realistically afford. When I saw this sweatshirt on her list, and for so inexpensive, I definitely thought "Wow, this could be a real score!". I ordered it right away, and it said it had shipped December 2nd, it would be there well before Christmas! I checked the tracking on the 15th, and it said it had been delivered on the 13th, a Saturday, where I was there all day long. The package never even made it to me. I quickly emailed the Postal Service, who were slower to reply, but they had said there had been a ton of theft going on this year, so no doubt I was disappointed I couldn't give her the gift, but I was going to be damned to pay for something I never received. Today is 1/2/15, and they have given me nothing but the same canned responses, asking me if the address is right many times, even after confirming that it is. All I was looking for was a refund, even in part, but they kept offering to send me one and pay another 80% compensation. I didn't really have a ton of money to throw around in the first place, let alone twice with the possibility of it not fitting. I was really looking forward to ordering from this company in the future, but after this experience and seeing others experiences, that won't be happening. I can only hope that I can receive a refund, but it's extremely unlikely.

I ordered quite a few items now I'm chasing them for a refund. Most items were nothing as described and poor quality. I've been emailing them since September 25, but all they do is asking me the same questions hoping that I eventually give up. At one point they offered me a discount voucher, but there is NO way that I ever buy anything from them ever again!

I saw a DressLily ad for a coat that I wanted to buy as a Christmas gift on Black Friday. It was a beautiful cream colored wool looking coat that was double breasted. I was amazed it was only $21.90. After I completed the purchase, it gave the shipping times and my word! It said it's take up to 35 days to ship from the Netherlands! Of course, now I had to go purchase a coat in a local store to be sure I'd have a gift ready for Christmas and it's a good thing I did. It arrived yesterday (12/31) in a 3x5 package. Imagine my disappointment when I opened up the package to find a thin, flimsy, cotton long SHIRT. This thing wouldn't even be called a jacket in the Caribbean! Good hack you have going DressLily. Fool me once, shame on you...

Awful experience. It takes days for them to respond to email. Then they want you to take pictures to present the evidence to them only for them to tell you that you can't have a refund, but a discount on your next order. I WILL NOT ORDER again because their sizing is MUCH too small for American's. I had assumed that if my child was a small that a medium would do, but that is not so. I live in an Asian community and know that Asians are larger than what they sell on this sight. The Quality is weak, the zippers will not zip. Out of country returns are out of the question. Shipping stinks too because it took over 40 days for the product to arrive. Then it arrived so wrinkled that it needed dry cleaned.

I ordered Christmas presents from dresslilly.com. Two of the three items never showed up. The item that did arrive was wrong. After I complained they asked me
To take pictures of the item and UPC code because they had no idea what they had sent me! They also presented me with two options 1. Pay to return the item 2. Receive 85% of the correct item paid but I would also need to pay shopping. Apparently all of their items are shipped from China and take 25-30 days to arrive. With technology today this should be explained before you order. I would have never expected it to take that long and their customer service is horrible. I will never order from them again and I would highly advise you not to as well. I have a screenshot of the entire conversation with their service department. I am happy to send it to you so you can avoid losing the money and time I did by ordering from this company.

This review do not have an order number and the delivery can be affected by many factors. 7 weeks equal to 28 days, while shipping time for flat rate is 10-25 business days and if there is holidays, the time could be longer.

Order arrived within 10 business days (during the Christmas period) of placing the order. Was told 10-25 days from date of dispatch. Item arrived within 8 days from dispatch.
Item arrived as pictured.
Stitching is of good quality.
Ordered an XXL based on guidelines for Australia, where a Mens Large = Mens XXL. Shirt is a semi-tight fit (unsure if that is the style of shirt).
Material is thick, and quality is what you would expect for USD $15 ($20 AUD)
Overall, I am quite happy with order given such bad reviews. I was not expecting the order to arrive so quickly, the shirt isn't great quality, but for $20 you can't expect anything more.
I would consider ordering from them again!
STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY &TIME, by far this is the worst company I have ever deal with, I ordered a coat about 2 months ago and I haven't receive it and there hasn't been any info about, I can't get a hold of any live human and for real this company needs to be ban from doing business here in the US...

DressLily is the $#*!tiest place EVER to order anything from! I placed 2 orders over a month ago (around Thanksgiving). I ordered some boots for my sister as a christmas present. I placed the order November 23rd. And got an e-mail saying the boots are back ordered and would be delievered by Christmas. I said okay, great! They will still be here by then. Later, as a few weeks went by i had opened up a concern/ question/ case asking where are my boots, they emailed very quickly the next day ( kept changing the delievery time), then as time went by ( the e-mails got slower responses) I e-mailed on December 16 and finally got a reply December 26th (after christmas), as e-mails went on. They told me to close the case with pay pal as they were shipped out. I never got a straight answer where my boots were and to this day still have no idea. I e-mailed them and asked them to call me several times as its frustrating ordering online and not getting a tracking number or getting one and not knowing where its coming from. They give you the number and takes you to 20 different mail carriers and which one is the right one? I still have yet to find out. Anyways, bottom line is. Its Decemeber 28th and Christmas is now over with and i am left with no boots and one little girl whos upset cause she didnt get the boots she wanted. Very disapointed. I asked multiple times( at least 5) to call me and still got nothing. ALSO, when i call the number, no one can speak clear english, and give me a straight answer, i have to go through so many different calls until i get someone. Thanks for taking the time to read this, hopefully i will get them and the day i do, i will have a different review but right now, this is all i got. Thanks again.
