I have to say that I am never really happy to deal with companies from out of my own country but Dresslily.com has been very easy to work with and when a package was missing, they did the research to figure out when and where it was. The quality of the items are really very good also. I bought some boots and a couple tops. The sizes are Asian and therefore run small. Being a busty American can be a little difficult to shop for overseas but shoes are shoes. The do a great job of making the sizes understandable for about 7 countries. Great Job Dresslily!

I received a full refund for my items because it took a little longer than I wanted to get. Other than that the service was good & I did eventually receive one of my items which I am keeping.
I ordered a Jacket for a gift for Christmas, When I received the item it looked small, when my step daughter tried it on it was way too small. I proceeded to contact them stating I would like a refund that it was too small, they told me I would have to pay for shipping and that I would only be refunded 10% of what I paid. I found this absurd and argued with them, they then offered to pay me 15% of what I paid. I have been going back and forth with these people for a month now! I still have not been refunded and they will not cover the full amount I paid and they are trying to make me pay for the shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They scam you! Worst experience I have ever had!

Dresslily.com is a SCAM and FRAUDULENT company. The clothes are of poor taste. I paid for an item in good faith and I'm fighting them tooth and nail for a full refund of my money. I ordered a coat from their website and the coat that was sent was so poorly made. There wasn't any tags inside or outside of the coat. It appears that it was made in a home economics class. I have listed pictures. The first picture is a picture of the coat I thought I was ordering. The second picture is a picture of what Dress Lily sent to me. Big difference in quality and size. Dress Lily intentionally deceive their customers. What's even worse is that they have no remorse that they are deceiving you. They list clothes on the website to attract online shoppers. Initially it took too long to receive the item purchased. I insisted and then I guess they finally decided to home make the coat and sent a poorly made coat to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The site needs to shut down immediately!

I regret ever ordering from this website. I ordered something on November 8,2014, and still have yet to receive my items. I opened a ticket number on Jan 7th, and they responded and said to wait a few days to see if it arrives. It is now a week later, and I still have not received my packages. They also said because I have an 'unverified shipping method' my package can not be tracked. I will never order from this site again. What a scam.
I am so pissed off this site. They took 40 days to deliver my order. I ordered on 5 Dec 2013 and received it on 15 Jan2015. By the time winter was gone and the jackets were useless to me.
Also, the XXL size looks like less than normal L size and quality is so cheap.
Buttons of the jacket were broken before it reached me.
Please do not buy from this Site.

I will not accept my package, if/when it does arrive. I became suspicious when I received an email with my order # and tracking # and I tried to track. It sent me to a sight that wouldn't take the #. I then tried to go thru their "support" center - which also didn't receive my order #. I then began to read all the BAD reviews for this company. It is a scam when you pay for an item and can't even get it cancelled or don't have a decent website that you can contact.
I call my cc company a put in a revoke request. I won't pay for anything that's of poor quality and where they give you the "run around"

I ordered a few items in October, my items arrived in December!
As I checked the size table, I choose to take L for my sweaters, normally i wear medium. When my package finally arrived (by the way I couldn't use the tracking code cause it was not existing), i saw that the sweaters were extremely little. They wouldn't even fit my kid of 10 years old! The quality is hilariously bad, some of the stitches aren't even finished, you can see right through the cotton, one sleeve is longer than the other one... and I can continue if you want.
If I can suggest something: do NOT buy here. The pictures look very nice, but the quality and sizes are TERRIBLE!

I had high hopes when finally finding cute vintage swim suits. My shipping took a bit longer than expected but I was fine with that. As soon as I got the package, I could just tell I was going to be disappointed. I ordered a size medium (for both suits) The bottoms fit ok but the material was extremely cheap, two of the buttons had fallen of (looked like they just threw the buttons in the package)and the stitching was coming undone. It was horrible. The tops for both could fit my 6 year old daughter. The neck strap that is supposed to hook on for support did not even have the hooks! One side of the top had an insert for the hook but the other side didn't even have one! I was completely disappointed. I'm pretty sure I could have made a better bathing suit myself!

I loved shopping here i will shopp here again and the prices are very low and it is a good place to shop
I was really pleased with the shipping time. It only took 8 days for my order to arrive. However, the items were extremely disappointing! I ordered a red skirt on their website, the item came in as pink, plus the size was way too big. The size chart on the web was misleading. I took the measurement on the skirt, it was off by 7cm on the bust.
The Bleach Wash Ruffles Denim Dress came in with super bad odor without any tag. Not sure why. The smell was so bad that I had to leave it in the garage.
The Ruffle Chiffon Dress came in extremely wrinkled and extremely long. It just doesn't fit.
Now comes to the worst part - customer service towards the returns. I wanted the full refund for the 3 items, they first said oh no, we could offer you $10 coupon, but I wanted my money back, then their CSC responded: I can only receive partial refund as it was free shipping, they need to deduct money for restocking fee. Below is what the company CSC wrote"

What a horrible customer service experience! On their website, there was no indication of charging the customer restocking fee for returned items. No integrity at all for this company! I am planning to fight till I can get my refund, otherwise we can start a class section lawsuit against this company. It holds no value for the consumers and does false advertisement.

First, I ordered 9 items--only 6 arrived. I emailed them the sku numbers of the 2 items and told them I do NOT want them based on the ones I did get. Dirty, cheap material, ill-fitting and some look NOTHING like what is in the pictures. Also 1 item (I was told by email from the site) was unavailable but they STILL charged me!
I want to return ALL items and a full refund and am contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports. Their items are awful and the customer service contact hides behind a website; no true customer service.

I sincerely regret not researching this site/company before placing an order totaling close to $200. Until now my internet buying experiences have been positive until now.
On November 15,2014 I placed an order with DressLily for several items. On December 19,2014 I received a partial order including a pair of shoes that were marked as a woman's 10. However, the shoes were closer to a US size 8.5. I contacted customer service and was told that they were not responsible for the incorrect size and that if I chose to return the shoes I would have to cover the shipping AND they would only refund me 85% of the purchase price. I decided to give the shoes away.
Around December 23rd I received the second delivery. The package did not include a coat that had been ordered with the other items. In this delivery a purse had red stains in it. Again I contacted customer service and attached a photo the stains. They offered me $7 USD and said I could keep the purse. I informed that that offer was unacceptable. I was then told that they would give me 80% refund. I responded asking if the money was to be refunded to my credit card or if they were offering a discount on their site. The last reply offered me $7.50!
The final item, a coat, has yet to be received. I was told it could take as long as 60 business days! I have never had such consistent terrible service in all my years.
Only order from this site if you do not want correct sizes and/or can wait indefinitely for your incomplete order to be delivered - with stains.

This company is a joke I ordered an item in November of 2014 and its January of 2015 and still have not received my item. They gave me some fake tracking number that I have not been able to get to work. I have contacted the company 12 times and they still have not tried to help me.
