I love all the items bought from dresslily! The design is very abstract and unique. It seems like the perfect dress for an art gallery release. The quality of this dress is very good. The quality is stretchy and thick good quality material which was very pleasing to me. It fits perfectly and gave me that sense of confident boost with such a classy dress but an incorporation of a modern and unique take on it.
I ordered ONE coat on Noivember 20th and it still has not arrived - 2 months later! I was informed that it had shipped... but where is it? I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I want my money refunded. The "customer service responses" to all of these complaints are ridiculous and do nothing to fix the situation. I wish I could rate zero's in all of the categories. I am going to find out how to complain about this company and ask for them to be shut down. They are ripping people off. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WEBSITE. Read the rest of the reviews. All this site does is rip people off, then write the same response to every person on here that left a negitive comment. All they are trying to do is make them selves look good so they can continue to rip people off. Same as everyone else, my order took forever to arrive and when it did my heart broke from disappointment. After waiting forever for it to get here it shows up looking like a student made it. It was my size but had arm lengths so short it couldnt possibly fit any normal sized human being. Then on top of that the dress is cheaply made and not even finished being sowed together! The arms come apart from the rest of the jacket on the inside! So it like wearing two different jackets pinned together by the hood, seriously dress lilly? You expect people to pay for this. When i asked for a refund they told me 20% witch is 10 petty dollars or i have to pay to have it sent back to china wich is $200. TOTAL SCAM dont buy from this site!

Ordered 3 items- "one size fits all" They must have been referring to Barbie dolls. Nothing fiit and the merchandise was of very poor quality. Would only give me my money back, IF I returned the items TO CHINA! Shipping costs would be outrageous. So this is how they get rid of shoddy merchandise and force you to keep it.
Scammed by Dress Lily. I ordered 11/15/14. Only received the cheapest item, they stole the rest of my money. Then they refuse to help me when I told them I never received it. They said it is my fault I didn't pay for more expensive postage. Awful company with awful customer service.
I ordered a dress Nov. 30,2014. Still have not received it Jan, 16,2015. They just keep saying "Be Patient" Terrible company with terrible customer service. Refuse to give me a refund. Do not use this company. Worst ever.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Truly an awful experience. Ladies coat took more than 2 weeks to be dispatched. When it arrived the quality was absolutely shocking. It was like a hessian sack with buttons sewn on it. When I tried to return it they have tried everything to block my return and will not issue a return address. They have even suggested that I "give it to a friend" or "try and re-sell it myself". If I wasn't out of pocket I would find it almost laughable! Don't waste your money...

Please read the review on this merchant, they are not worth the risk. It's bad when quality sucks, but its inferno when the merchant itself does not know anything about time management. Still waiting for my package! Don't do overseas if you don't do your research first.

This is a terrible worse company I never Ever see. The tracking nber is not working... Customer service not existing. No tel number, no chat possible. I ordered 3 items in L (while my normal size is M) but i only received 1 item, a jacket in a very small size as a S.
Bad quality material...
What about the 2 others items? Nothing indicated for if we need to return parcels for refund.

Order product on Sept 3,2014 - waited... waited... on Oct 20,2014 I sent Email asking on shipping status they informed me that item was back ordered. On Dec 6th I asked for a refund. Waited. Waited it's now Jan 15,2015. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IT DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY.COM.
I give these people no stars. This site is bogus. I placed an order in October and I still have yet to receive anything. After the 550 reviews I read after I placed my order, I wish I had read them first. All the reviews were horrible. Never order anything from this site.
Just FYI... I did shop on this site, however when I went to check out with my AMEX card, it was flagged and not allowed to go through. Fortunately, AMEX is an awesome company and flagged it because of dresslily's fraudulent rating. So after talking with my credit card company, I choose not to continue the purchase. Lucky me! Now I have been reading all the horrible reviews. Kudos to AMEX!

I wish I would have read up on the reviews for this site prior to ordering in October 2014. We are already in the new year and I STILL do not have my $60+ order. Frankly I am scared to see what I do end up getting if it ever does show. I hate the fact that this site does not have a phone number either. You can only contact them through writing them on their site and your response is given within a 24 hour window. Its ridiculous. I love online shopping and have never came across so many issues. I've even ordered from overseas and have seen my orders within a week's time. DressLily is a scam and if I had the power I would have them shut down immediately. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESS LILLY! Save your money and your time!
