I love the pair of chic women's black and white faux pearl embellished earrings, retro style gemstone embellished round shape necklace for women, stylish tassels pendant wide waist belt for women and the cute openwork floral pattern waist belt for women.

An absolutely crooked company! It took over a month to get one of the two items that I ordered (2nd item never received), and the sleeve was shredded! They refused to refund my money and wanted me to order another! I refused to order another and have not gotten any other responce! Do not order anything from this crooked company!
Order a top for my wife 12/23/2014. Was sent confirmation delivery but address was wrong (first digit off by one)emailed them a correction they said the item had shipped. They took my credit card which requires a correct matching address for approval so how did they get it wrong? They didn't, it's a scam. I am contacting th U.S. Sept of commerce and since they use USA this is federal case of mail fraud so I will contact USA postal inspector to look into it. In addition I am putting this review everywhere I can. I buy lots of stuff from China through Amazon and usually get it in 2 to 3 weeks. 50 days is ridiculous.
I wish I would have read this before I placed my order. And I thought I had it bad. I placed my order on January 6. It is now February 7. When I contacted the company, they informed me it was shipped "China Post" with no tracking number. Literally, coming " on a slow boat from China". They requested, no demanded, I be patient and contact my post office. If I knew this was literally coming from China with no tracking number, I would have never placed this order. My bad not doing my research. I really loved these blouses. What a HUGE PITA! At this point, I just want my money back. ALL OF IT including the friggen interest they earned.

ZERO I ordered a capt back in 2014 and to this day I never received my item. I'm trying to get a full refund and dress lily is not obliging me. Their offering to resend only if I pay additional fees of $15 for shipping. Why should I repay for an item I never received in the first place very disappointed. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
So far I've only ordered twice in dresslily.com and I have received my first order. I absolutely love the coat. I do wish the medium was a decent size medium as it was a little snug on me.
Ordered in November 2014 still no sign of the products. I think this is a scam, stay away. Tracking number & button they post on their site does not work. I have submitted a request for status of my order. Will see if they respond but after reading other reviews I am not too hopeful.

This is the worst website I have ever ordered from! I ordered my items on November 25 for a vacation that I had planned Christmas week. As I was shopping, I found a couple other cute things that I added to my order. Weeks go by so I contact Dress Lily to ask where my order was. They said that since I didn't pay to track my order, they can't tell me. WHAT?! So my vacation comes and goes and I still don't have my clothes. Finally, the second week in January, I get a package…. With only part of my order. The two things I received were so cheaply made and ugly! Then a couple weeks later I get another package with yet again, just part of my order. It's the leggings that I ordered that said one size fits all on the website. I couldn't even get the leggings past my thighs! I am 5'4 and 120lbs so I didn't think there would be an issue! When I contacted them to complain, they said all their sizes were "Chinese sizes" EXCUSE ME! I went off and told them they should take down all the white american looking girls that they have plastered to their site if they are only selling "Chinese Sizes" to people. I was told I could only get a 50% refund or I could pay for shipping to get a full refund. Sending these god awful leggings to China would cost more than what I paid for! I again went off on how awful these people are and what a scam of a company. Then I inquired about my three items that I originally purchased for my vacation that now happening 7 weeks ago. I was told they shipped on Nov 27th and I should call the post office. SERIOUSLY?! WORST COMPANY EVER! Out $55 and lesson learned. Hope their site gets shut down immediately! PS. They don't even deserve one star.
I couldn't get an option for no stars. Stay away from this con company. Ordered end of August 2014, money deducted from my account immediately, recieved email on 6th sept to say the order had been shipped. Still no sign of it... After 3 months of emailing final insult this week was to be told I can pay a further $10 to have it re shipped or accept a refund of 80% of what I paid! SCAM. Stay away from using this company. If only I had done my research before ordering! It seems to be happening to an awful lot of people on this site! Lesson learned and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

You right! Doesn't get any worse than this. I order my dress back in November 10/2014 and today is Feb 5 and still hasn't get the item. I contacted the, but the say I will have to pay again 50% of the price in order for them to send it back since it's lost. It's a scam and please stay away from this company.

The colour is like the photo, the size is accurate ( wear 7-71/2 usually, orded 38 and it fits well! I just forgot to consider that I have big legs so I can't close the zipper perfectly.

One star is to much for them, I ordered in December and after so many back and forth emails with all kind of excuses, I open my dispute with pay pal, and got my money back. Not worthy the hassle. Ordered a jacket from DressLily for my sister as a gift on 22 Nov 2014. It's been over 70 days and still no delivery. They keep saying that I have to check my post office to see if shipping address is correct. It is. They say that they have to contact the "relevant colleague" to track the package; but there's no follow-up. Then they just classified my order as "CLOSED." They got my money and my sister hasn't received her jacket. Stay FAR AWAY fro DressLily if you want to keep your money. Avoid them like the Plague!
I was completely dissatisfied with my order. NOT ONE item I order is like the pictures listed online. These are the issues:
* The sizes at not to specifications listed on your online size charts
*The material is poorly selected for the items made; for example,
*item # YM******* - you say is a t-shirt, and it appears like a thin sweater, possible a cotton material, however... the one you sent me is made of synthetic wool, practically like a Felt... and is very uncomfortable... and it not at all oversized like your picture.
* item #YM******* in the picture you have sequences that match the dress, and the one you sent me has sequences of different colors... not at all matching the dress (purple with blue... it's hideous!)And... it's the pieces are not aligned properly... so it looks awful.
*item #YM******* this dress is completely made poorly, aligned incorrectly, scoop neck is cut too high, fabric is so sheer... it's practically see through... not at all like the pictures.
*item # ******* is also not aligned properly, so it looks completely off. And the white splicing is too much, so again... it doesn't look like the pictures.
*item #MA******* is simply too small, and I ordered a large... again... it doesn't match the size chart listed on your website.
*items ******* & ******* are made of WOOL! Who would make wool arm length gloves? Everyone who is anyone in fashion knows you make these out of Cotton! Seriously?
I am very disappointed, I will never purchase from this company again...
I ordered a pair of shoes on 11-29-14 and still have not received them (today is February 6,2015). I have sent two inquiries and all they say is "processing". I sent them a final inquiry telling them to cancel my order today. I'm tired of waiting and will never order another thing from this company again.
I ordered more than two months ago snd dtill did not get them. I adked for my ordero a lot if times and thier response were always tne same that i have to wait 15-20 bussines days.
