Horrible experience with this company. I received the dress I ordered in the mail yesterday and it was not the size I ordered at all. The quality of the product is far from what is advertised on the website to the point that if I were actually able to wear it, it would probably come apart even further (the sewing is not finished and coming apart in a number of places). I have since tried to contact the company through the complaint ticket process where they've told me they will compensate me $4 and I have to pay for the return shipping from Canada to China. How is it fair to make a customer pay more for a product that was never going to fit in the first place? I responded asking how much this shipping would cost and if they could clarify a few other matters. The response I received was that they would give me the return address if I would agree to their conditions and then the complaint ticket was suddenly closed so I could no longer respond. How is this good business?

Took forever to arrive then the top was so small it fitted my 9 y/o granddaughter and ripped at the back. The quality was worse than appalling considering the cost of the item. Wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't order again!
Ordered two tops one came damaged with scissors cuts on sleeve seam the other did not arrive. Emails back and forth for 2 weeks then finally opened a paypal dispute. Luckily I paid through paypal and they were great giving me full refund. Give this clothes company a wide berth-poor quality and bad bad communication. Read all reviews before you waste money ladies.

I have to admit that it has taken along time to get it shipped out to me but I love they style and how warm it is hopefully when I do order something else it does not take as long to be shipped to me. Recommended Dresslily!
After reading many of these other reviews, I wish I had done more thorough background checking before I ordered.
All of the earrings I ordered came either damaged, bent, or completely broken due to very poor packaging (and seemingly poor construction). I fixed a few with glue and some jewelry tools I own, and they ARE very cute, but still not really worth the hassle.
I ordered a jacket in early November--it didn't arrive until the last week of January. This coat was the whole reason for my purchase, and I couldn't have been more disappointed. Threads dangling from every single seam. Buttons hanging off the front. Pockets were not pockets, just strips of fabric sewed to the coat. Looked like someone with poor sweing skills tried to freehand recreate the picture on the website with some cheap-feeling synthetic satin (in the photograph, the coat appeared to be wool or heavy cotton--double breasted pea coat style).
The photographs on the website seem to be accurate for accessories, but more like rough approximations for the pricier clothing items. I feel as though I was willfully deceived. $19 felt like a great deal for a nice looking winter jacket at the time, but I now think I would have regretted paying even $5 for what I received. You know what they say about things being too good to be true? This website is the epitome of that.
Final note--do NOT trust the reviews on the website. It seems they only post the favorable ones, and reserve the right to not post yours if they feel its not nice. Unfortunately, I didn't have much nice to say, so I came here so that maybe I could still save someone else from the frustration I experienced.
Quality of clothes, in a word, AWFUL! I ordered a 2XL coat but I swear it is a size 0! And it took over 3 months for it to arrive. Now I know, NEVER order from DressLily! I have the ratings 1 star because it will not let me go below that. If that was possible, I would have given -10 stars!
I ordered two items on 11-6-14. It stated that items were shipped on 11-10-14. Was very excited for my items. By 1-6-15 I had yet to get my shipment i emailed them and they stated the standard spew on delivery. I said I would give a bit more time. It is know 2-3-15 and nothing. In correspondence with customer service was told that i would have t6o sign for my package at delivery. I never got a letter from the mail carrier stating that they had a package. Asked for a refund and this was the there response and mine to them.

I wanted the items i ordered you couldnt even get me that why in the world would I want to select another item. If u r sending me a new item how about send me the ones i ordered and paid for. I never even received a ticket from the post office stating that you tried to deliver(If the goods has no one sign it will return to us. via your reply) I was very excited to have found your sight and Know I am nothing but disappointed.
Ver cheap prices and fast dispatch and delivery. A couple of issues wih drss lily but theynsoon fixed the problem and sent me replacement items. Lovely cloghes for cheap prices.
I have ordered two blouses for women and look forward to receiving them. Keep you informed. Dresslily am very excited and I always order here because they are serious. Products came exactly at the specified maximum time that is 20 to 23 days.
AWFUL! They say orders can take 60 days to receive. I never got my items and they said they couldn't track. Tough luck was the customer service attitude. Threw my money out the door. Save your money.

They apologized and with no questions asked, issued me a refund minus shipping for my item, even though I had thrown it away. I am actually pretty shocked by the great customer service. It was a very pleasant surprise. I am changing my stars to 3 stars thanks to the great customer service, and giving them a better detailed rating.***** I ordered a jacket, thinking it was a great deal at $25. I didn't get an email confirming the order for about 3 weeks, and it said the order would be there in about 12-30 days. I knew I would be waiting since I was ordering from overseas, but if my order had actually gone through when I placed it, I could have had the jacket while it was still cold out. Not that it mattered anyway, because when I finally received it, it looked absolutely nothing like the image, and was so thin and badly made that I threw it away as opposed to even bothering to return it. I had ordered an XL and I was actually afraid it would be too big, because I had recently lost a bunch of weight. But, according to their sizing chart, it should have fit. No way would it. It was more like a size medium. I was able to squeeze my arms in, but the fabric on the back was so puffed out... apparently this is where they got the "XL" sizing, by just adding fabric to the back... but nowhere else. The fabric was flimsy, the stitching was messy and bunched up all over the place. No way would it have lasted more than a week even if it did fit. I won't ever order from Dresslily again.
I think the only ppl who put five stars and have something positive to say is they ppl who own dress lilly. Clearly they scam everyone. It's not even worth it.
I was a little nervous ordering from DressLilly but fell in love with some scarves, jackets, boots and jewelry. I sent in four separate orders. They all came (except for two of the scarves) in between two weeks and two months. Everything is just beautiful! The last two scarves I am waiting for I have easily been in touch by email with customer service and was asked to wait a little longer or get a refund. I will continue to order from this website. The clothes do run small so keep that in mind and most don't have a tracking # but as I said, customer service through email promptly answers every question.
I ordered a coat on Nov 24,2014 and received no info for two weeks. After several contacts, they said my coat was out of stock and needed to wait couple weeks more. However, few days after, I suddenly received an email that my order was shipped on Dec 10,2014.
After waiting for weeks, I received the coat in mid Jan 2015. I was shocked that I ordered a size 2XL but I received a, according to their size chart posted in the website, probably size S coat. It was so small that I could not even zip on the zipper.
It made me feel that size 2XL was out of stock and therefore they just sent whatever size they had on hand in order to settle the order.
Contacted with Dress Lily but they insisted that they would not compensate anything except giving a few bucks discount in my future purchases. They would only do a refund if I shipped the coat back to them in my own expenses.
As the postal is expensive in Canada and it will cost me more than 3/4 of the coat's price to return, the coat is now in my garbage bin.
It is so frustrated that, although it is not big money, you pay money and get nothing.
Ordered Nov 27,2014- 2 day later got tracking number... go to track... it isn't correct. It is actually in the wrong order. China Post says their tracking numbers have letters then number then CN at the end... mine was CN******* or whatever the numbers were. So I emailed them and explained the tracking number wasn't correct. They tell me that since I did flat rate shipping there wasn't actually tracking available for it and to wait up to 60 days for shipment... So I waited and they said "actually 60 days is the 29th of January wait until then or contact your local post office to find it and get it delivered"... um I can't call the post office and say my name is such and such and I have a package being delivered from China for 2 months now, can you find it?. That isn't logical... I just sent them another response and asked what their excuse will be this time. As of today I highly doubt I will ever get my items or any type of real resolution but it is the principle of the thing. So NOT order from them!

Ladies if your looking for an awesome deal on corsets or anything, this is the site you want to be on. I have ordered a few items and they are awesome and really good quality. I love the corsets that they have and they are well priced and good. They go as low as $20-$15 at times with the corsets and they are nice looking! If you got a question there customer service is always there to help and get back to you in a fast way. Over all I love this site and will always go back to them.
The items I ordered arrived after about a month, which is stated in the shipping guidelines, I would have loved to have gotten it sooner though. But no complaints about the product, so I would rate a 3 star just do to the shipping.
Buy at your own risk. Know it's a gamble! They charged for the full order, when 2 items did not arrive I wrote and was asked to be patient. Though I had already waited over a month I waited a bit longer and one arrived, so I wrote again. I was told the other item would be cancelled and I would be given a refund as soon as possible (that was December 4th). It did not happen. I wrote again in the last week of January and was told all... "We have sent all of your items for your order.
You do not have this item: YM******* in your order. Sincerely hope you may kindly understand that."... what I understand is they charged me for an Item I never received and I did not get a refund, what I also understand is I should never have purchased from this place cheap is not worth the aggravation!
