I placed an order in Nov. And never received my order. They sent me an email letting me know when it was shipped. It never arrived. I called and emailed for over a month. No response. When I called I got an unprofessional voice mail that didn't identify as a business. Finally I called my credit card company and my bank and they did a payment reversal to my credit card. Then Dress lily contacted me by email wanting to resolve the issue. They wanted me to send money and they would send my order. I told them to send the coat then I would send money. Then they offered to refund me 85% of my purchase price. I told them I sent them 100% of my money and wouldn't settle for anything less. My bank has already did the reversal to my acct. As you've probably noticed all the people praising the company works for them. The administrator that responded to me after the reversal was named Jeremy. When I told them I wouldn't settle for 85% I never heard from them again. Bogus company. If I could rate the less than 1 or 0 I would. They are just taking people's money.
Don't send your money with this company I bought a jacket on Nov 12 and it is now Feb and I still don't have the jacket nd I fighting for my money back.
After placing my order something told me to search for reviews on Dress Lilly because it was very questionable when the name on my paypal account said the payment was sent to Mookie. What? Who is Mookie? I became very suspicious and I did not feel good about that purchase. When I called the customer service number I received a recording that did not sound like a business. Reading all of the reviews made me sick to my stomach, I knew something was wrong. I decided to cancel my order, so let the games begin. I will make sure to post the results.
The royal blue dress appeared as it is in the photo. I absolutely loved the diamond details on the shoulders. The fabric is flowy and has a slimming effect. If you are looking for a simple yet elegant dress, this is it. True to size. Well done, dresslily! I'll surely be shopping from your website again!

It's been 4 months since I ordered and have no received anything! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I just recently contacted them and have received no word from anyone. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had with any online shopping!
I ordered a shirt for my daughter on 1/23/15 and never received it, I sent a ticket in about it and never heard from them. I have now called, made another ticket and put it on their Facebook page. It says shipped but not only don't I have it they also don't respond when you don't receive something as you can see from several post. My daughter's birthday is this Friday 2/27/15. I think waiting two months has been long enough!
Please do not order from this company. I order a coat from this company a month ago and still have not received it. They have debited my account and I still do not have my coat. I have read all the bad reviews about this company, I wished I would have read them before I ordered. This company gives online companies a bad name. I will be contacting the BBB.

I really wish I came here b4 I gave this company my money. I sent 3 tickets to this "customer support" asking where my products were after a month of waiting and kept getting told to b patient and they can't track my order. I think my next step is to complain to the BBB and see what else could b done to resolve this issue since the company won't do anything. Bought couple of jeans and hoodies and sweaters.
Took more than a month to receive my items. Finally got it. Was so shocked.
All of the jeans were tiny. Im petite. I usually wear XS. These clothes wouldn't even fit my legs. It gets stuck. And the worst part is there is no button holes...
The red hoodie is weird. Both arm length was different. Sewing was awful.
I try to contact the customer service. I had to send like 20 emails.
I contact them to get a refund by returning them. First they said they will just send me 20% if I try to keep them. But I refused because I paid almost $200. But later I found out the shipping for returning them cost even more!.
So I asked again for atleast 20% money back. But they refused and told me to send all the pictures all over again. And later they wont even respond to my email.
I just wasted $200! The clothes are useless. TRASH! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
Ordered an item on December 14. Never received it. Contacted customer service and just got excuses--never even an apology or an offer to refund my money or anything. They verified my info which was all correct and said they couldn't confirm anything because there was no tracking number, even though the email they sent me had a tracking number in it, which I sent back in response. Never really got an explanation about that tracking number... just kept being told that the item couldn't be tracked. So pretty much they just took my money. Will NOT be purchasing from them again.

I to ordered on 12/23/2014 received one shirt today and I ordered and PAID for two. I have been fighting with these people for weeks. Please be patient take 45 days to arrive from China. One can walk there in that time! Anyway the size is way way to small looks like a teenagers size and the quality is so bad. Strings hanging from everywhere and it has stains on it. SO BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. We need american made products back!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
I placed my order for 2 shirts on Dec. 30th, 2014. I received one, which was too small even by their OWN size chart standard, and very poor quality and stitching. The other has not been received til this day. They provided tracking information that responds "item not found." THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, ALL INQUIRIES HAVE TO BE DONE THROUGH EMAIL! I was told it would take 15-25 days to receive my order. It has now been 2 months, tracking info is not available, and they refuse to refund. Instead they just keep telling me to patiently wait.
If the tracking info was active, I would patiently wait. But since its been 2 months and the tracking info isn't found, I don't need to have patience. Further, the fact that you can't call them makes it more frustrating; having to rely on waiting for an email instead.
I called my bank, who filed a claim with PayPal for my refund. I got an instant refund, taking only 24 hours to clear. If enough people file a claim, not only will you get your money back, but this company would be exposed for what it truly is.
There are so many other companies with quality products that will give you your money's worth; please save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere!
I ordered a dress the 2nd week of January and it never arrived. Then I received a scripted email about the Chinese New Year and the dress no longer being available... Have not received a refund yet as requested... WAITING.

I ordered an adorable top on Dec 29th. I finally received it on February 16th. After reading other reviews, I ordered WAY up on size. I usually wear a Medium, and I ordered a 2XL thinking I could take it in if it were too big. It arrived and is at least an extra small. There is no tag, so I don't know if they went me the wrong size, but it is unwearable, tiny in the shoulders and bust. Given how difficult their returns are, I will pass it along to a friend. I would NOT order again.

Ladies - do not buy anything from www.dresslily.com EVER. I have been dealing with them for months every since I bought two items online. I have still only received one of the two items. This item is not at all the quality it looks to be online. It seems their customer service support team is in China and only online. Shipping this item back to them is not worth the cost. I have asked for a refund for the other item that I never received. Still nothing. Contacted the better business bureau. Great prices, but poor quality and BIG scam. Just FYI!
