I ordered two coats. I only received one (the one coat I did receive was VERY poor construction. Buttons didn't fit through button holes. The collar was sewn on crooked). Absolutely no info on how to contact dresslily (only email) or the manufacturer and / or return item(s). The second coat was never delivered. I will never order from dresslilly again! I would give it less than one star if I could.
I was just about to place an order and I thought to myself, read the reviews first. I wont be ordering now, thanks folks!
I ordered a coat from DressLily and a larger size. The liner was too small, the outer did fit. There was no buckle with the belt. I took the pictures as they asked.
I asked to return the coat and was told I could have a 20% refund of the full price or pay for expensive return to china.
No further word from them.
I had manny problems with dressily.com its been one year i didn't receive my order yet i send them email they told me your order already shipped go confirm with you post office i don't know if they really delivered or they are lying I'm not gonna order anything from this site…. I ordered a shirt on January 17th. I still haven't gotten it. I've been communicating with the support line. Some woman named "Agatha" keeps telling me to be patient. Then she told me that if my order wasn't there by March 17th to contact them again. That would be 2 months after I ordered just one single shirt. It should never take that long for something to arrive. If my order doesn't arrive soon and if it's not exactly what I ordered I will be taking my complaints to social media and telling all of my friends and family to make sure I get the word out about this website.

I've been buying from them since last year and so far I experienced a good customer service.
Before I shop from them I check DHGate and Aliexpress first and DressLily has some cheaper products than those two websites or different products, that's what I buy from them and they always respond to my emails or complaints. I will buy again from this seller.
Today is February 13th and I've still not received an order I placed on the 3rd of January. I've been in touch with customer service twice and have received nothing but scripted lip service that I need to continue to wait. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!
Ordered on December 31,2014 got a China tracking number was shipped 1/7/15 still waiting on my item with No help from customer service. Never will order from Dresslily again I'm hoping that I will get my item soon because it's been over the 30 days they say it may take to receive my item when I ordered it. When the order was placed they got there money not 30 days plus. What's up with this?

This is cheap merchandise. I wanted to return the products, here was their response. (this is a real copy of their response).
If return back, you need to pay the return shipping fee and we need to detuct the shipping cost(15% of the total amount) and the restocking fee(15% of the total amount). We will arrange the refund after we have got your package. This will cost you more money and time since this is a international shipping.In order to solve your problem, may I advise you to give it away as a gift?
I ordered from this company on January 9,2015 and haven't received my order. I'm scared because of all the negative reviews. I sure hope this company provides good customer service! They show my order has been shipped but I haven't received it!
The delayed shipping issue is not what make this company a real issue. If the products are overseas (China), you are supposed to wait almost a month if you do not pay an express service. The real issue is, that this company is offering very bad quality products. The products are not as described and the clothes does not match the pictures on their website. I believe they are doing a bad copy of the products shown on their web pictures. They use bad fabric, their clothes does not have right measurements. The worst thing is that you can not return the items for a refund. They will suggest you to give them to a friend or sell it before that happen. If a a fabric has a defective thing, they will suggest you to fix it by yourself. That's what happened to me. Be aware of this company and don't throw your money buying their products. Is a waste.
Anyone who provides any sort of posistiv feedback in regards to Dresslilly is a working for the company in scamming. DO NOT BE PERSUADED BY THE POSITIVE POSTS IT IS A SCAMMMM. I ordered from them about two months ago have not recieved anything even though a dispatch number was given for both of the items and they quickly took my money.
What an awful experience! I didn't mind waiting for the items... I knew that they'd take a while coming from China. But then only 3 of the 4 pieces arrived (and the 4th never came, now many weeks later) and the quality of the items I received was terrible! There were uneven seams and cheap fabric and even the price I paid was way too much considering the poor quality of the merchandise. They wouldn't refund my money... they offered me a 6% discount on my next order. And I checked the cost of returning the items and shipping alone would have cost $34.10. I'm glad that I paid with PayPal because they refunded my money since all of the items were defective and not as advertised. But I will try to warn everyone I can against ordering from Dresslily!
PS - Notice how nearly all of the positive reviews sound like they're written by someone who doesn't speak English very well? Probably written by Dresslily employees.

Ordered a jacket in October. I never received the order. They promised me a refund in February and said it would be in my paypal account in a couple of days. I didn't pay by paypal, it is now the end of May and I still have nothing. It was supposedly shipped out in November. I have no clue where it si. Do Not Order from them.

Buyer BEWARE! DressLilly is a scam... They took out my money from my PayPal account and never sent the dresses. They are now refusing to refund my money. I have been waiting for my package almost 2 months... I have been coresponding with DressLilly for a while. First they said then would refund half of my money, then a few dollars more and each time I insisted my full refund. Finally after weeks of insisting what I paid they agreed as long as I pulled the negative review. I told DressLilly I would after I received my full refund.
