"If I could give this company no stars I would. They put nice merchandise online for sale that's cheap, but it's all a sham because you will NEVER receive your order. They are in the Netherlands, but the merchandise never makes it to you because of the crappy shipping method they use. It has been over TWO months since I placed my order and I received nothing. When I tried to contact customer service I got the runaround and they eventually stopped responding to me. I'm having to request a refund via Paypal in hopes to ever see my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! There are too many other good places to shop online!"
I was just about to make a purchase, but I have the tendency to read reviews first. I am so glad I did, I tried to find a phone number on line and there wasn't one. Thanks to everyone who posted a truthful review, I will definitely spend my money elsewhere.
I am going to contact my cc company and file for fraud, and request that they go after Dress Lilly. I placed my order on 12/30/14 and have received nothing. I have sent two requests asking when I can expect to receive my order. All I received was a reply saying they would answer my inquire within 48 hours. Never received a reply.

I ordered a sweater back in January. I was told it was shipped out January 9th today is February 26th still have not received it. When I inquired about it all they said it was shipped on January 9th. They couldn't track it because I had standard shipping. This place is a rip off!

I have ordered two dresses in October, which have not arrived, I initially contacted customer support, and I was told that they can arrange a redelivery, I just need to fill out an e-mail. They never sent me the e-mail and never answered my queries after. I am very disappointed, I would advice everyone not to use this site to avoid such loss of money and disappointment.

My husband order me 6 corsets 2 days before Valentines day and also paid an extra 30 dollars for the expedited rate shipping so I would receive it in 3-7 business days. It has now been 13 days and have been trying to get ahold of them and of course like everyone else has said the phone number is FAKE and you cant send an email without a tracking number. And what do you know, I never received a tracking number when I ordered online. I have been reading reviews all day and have seen nothing but bad reviews. I AM SO MAD THAT I DIDN'T READ THESE BEFORE I ORDERED! Always read reviews before you order from these sites. I recommend JustFab. They are legit to the fullest! I will not stop posting reviews every where I go and telling people my experience with these thieves until I received my money back or my 6 corsets I ordered!
Yes I want to cancel and be refunded. I think it's rediculious that I need to prove who I am. Who would honestly be asking about my order other than me who ordered it. I want a full refund and the $30 for expedited shipping!
UPDATE 3/12/2015:
So they finally contacted me and apologized for pretty much stealing my money and I did get my full refund today on my card and they offered to give me 300 points, I guess to use on they're site. I turned down the points and told them hat I wouldn't be using they're company again. They did say one thing that I want everyone to know since this will be my last review on them. Before I asked for my refund they wanted my to send them a picture of myself to prove who I was before they would send the items. That I think is ridiculous because if I had used someone else's card they would have heard about it obliviously. I still do not recommend this company, but at least I got my refund, so thank you for that

I ordered a shirt in the middle of December 2014 and I still have not received it. I have been emailing (on their site) back and forth for about a month. They keep telling me that it is coming from China and it takes 90 days. I work for a transportation company and it does not take that long to move freight on a boat. I asked for a refund and they told me to go to my local Post Office and see if the package is there. Why the hell would I do that when I paid for shipping to my home... After they told me to do that I couple of times, I wasted my time and went to the PO. They told me if they had a package for me they would deliver it and they laughed and told me to have fun with that company. I told them I wanted my money back three times and nothing... I don't want the shirt anymore I want the money back.

I have learned a lesson. Read the reviews first. They took my money with no problem but no product, when I tried to contact them and they asked for the order number they said wrong order number. I did copy and paste for heavens sake, how can it be wrong. No answer when I called the number they provide. So they have several sites. Zulilly and a few others. Sammidress as well. Stay clear. The few good reviews are probably fake as well, I mean how hard is it to write a review and claim to be a consumer. Thank GOD I didn't lose a lot of money
I ordered a shirt and pants on 12/26/2014 it is now 2/24/2015 and I still have not received my order. Thank goodness I used paypal to pay for my products. I have filed a claim against them and the investigation is in process. They sent 2 tracking numbers and both show they left China (my first mistake for not knowing it was going from China) but nothing after that. I will never order from them again. Whats the purpose if you're not going to get the items.
I ordered a top and 1 month later still have not received my item. You cant get in touch with anyone and even when you file a report they do not answer. The items come from china and this is why they never get here yet they do not mention this on their site. Now I have to call my bank to see if I can get my money back
Where as I have had good clothes from this company, I too have had clothes that are poorly made and look nothing like the picture online plu I wish it did not take too long to get to me.
Terrible company! I placed my order THREE months ago and still haven't received anything. Tried speaking with customer service which was a complete joke. They gave me the go-around and placed the blame on me for choosing the free shipping. Really!? They said my order shipped just a few days after I placed the order and it would be 10-25 business days. 3 months later, still nothing. I've asked for a refund and the replies from customer service came to a complete hault at that point. Extremely disappointed. Save your money, buy from a reliable & honest website!
I ordered 5 items recently, all tops. I used the Dress Lily website size guide to decide which size to order. None of the items fitted me. They were all at least one if not two sizes too small for me. I am no trying to return them but they are not answering the enquiry form - the only way to contact them is to send an enquiry form from their website. The automated response says they are not working from 17 to 24 Feb due to Chinese New Year.
