So I purchased a large order of approx. 70 dollars without reading any reviews because honestly the site looked amazing and credible and it was super cool how cheap it was, but of course it struck my mind that something would go wrong either quality would be $#*! or it would never get to me. Well, turns out BOTH, 2 of my items haven't been delivered in 2 months and the rest arrived ALL IN WRONG SIZES AND DESTROYED. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!
Stay away from this website! I've been trying to return a few items for two months and they keep asking for a picture of the problem. First, no one should require a picture - it's just a delay tactic.
The fit for all of my items were not as expected - sleeves too long, buttons sewn on the wrong side, material substandard.

I made a mistake by ordering from them without doing my research- Big Mistake. All the clothes I ordered do not fit, and it looked like a 4 years old made it horrible stitching and very poorly quality. They are a scam, the site is false advertising and look enticing in on the photos and the price seems low, but you can get a way better quality from Target for about the same price if you think about it. Don't waste your money and pay for something you can never wear. Customer service - is impossible to get a hold of anyone and it took months for my items to even arrive. I would never ever buy anything from them again. Their site should be shut down, this is a complete scam.

I ordered swimmers. Got them well after i ordered them, completely wrong swimmers, completely wrong size. I also ordered a shirt. Completely wrong size and took the same ridiculous amount of time to get back to me and for an XXL, its about a size 8. Same with the swimmers. Pathetic! Never again! But is it just me or when you try to complain it doesnt work...?
I ordered from Dressily about 3 days ago, and received an email from Paypal confirming my purchase. However, the email said that the company receiving my payment was not Dressily but simply "Mookie," someone's first name. I then checked the customer service email and found it was a suspicious gmail account. After worrying about it a few days I finally decided to look them up and found this site and all the horror stories. I've since received a confirmation email of my shipment, but the links to the post service's website take me to some seedy site where everything is written in Swedish and say nothing about my tracking number or order. In addition, there is an attached photo of "my package" which is blurred and has a hand over the label. I haven't waited that long but my suspicion is this package will never come.
These clothes are not the same quality of the clothes in he picture. Its like a cheap halloween costume quality... Stay clear!
I've ordered a dress from these people on January 20,2015. Today is February 28,2015 and I still don't have the dress. Submitted 2-3 tickets, but nobody cares to respond back! These people are just cavemen! I will never ever order from their site and I really hope they will lose their business. This is stealing people's money! I hope they pay for it one day.

Total scam I was a fool not to read the reviews until after I already made two huge purchases, I ordered on November 7th with hopes that my package would be here for Christmas that just wasn't the case it is now almost 4 months later and all they have is excuses don't be suckered in it's not worth the head ache.

I am disgusted with the customer service. I placed two orders the first arrived within 3 weeks, ok. I ordered two items the Plastic Bustier fit, but the so call Jacquard Halter did not. I sent an email to CS to let them know the description is misleading. As a WOMAN I know what a halter is, and this item was NOT a halter. They responded by saying to give it to a friend, because it would be too much to send to Beijing. They offered me a discount and I reordered the same item in a 4XL (GTFOH) I have never worn a 4XL in my life. Turns out the raggedy discount was for only 3.00. AND IT STILL DOESN'T FIT! I reached out again because now I have two items I have no use for, no response to my email and that was last week. GAME OVER I AM DONE!

Ordered something as simple as a pair of boots, paid a little extra for insurance, and was told to wait 7-25 business days. So I'm thinking to myself, "It's only a little less than a month, no big deal." It is now 3 almost 4 months later and I still don't have the package. In this time they've told me to wait another 60 days [which I did], check my post office [which I did, they didn't have it, and even spoke to the supervisor at the PO and told me to locate the origin of shipping - went back and asked and they waited a WEEK to respond!] AND check to see if I put my address in right ONLY AFTER telling me to wait longer! NOW they say that PayPal has given me the compensation for the package... and I didn't order through PayPal! These people are ridiculous! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered 3 tops and a bracelet from Dresslily on December 18,2014. I received 1 of the tops that doesn't even look anything like the top I ordered and have yet to receive the other 2 tops and the bracelet. I have submitted 2 "support" tickets but they said because I didn't "pay for tracking" they can't tell me where my order is. I received a tracking number when my order supposedly shipped but it gives you no information at all. It has been 49 working days and yet still nothing. I purchase items online all of the time and have never had it take this long for anything. I have a son stationed in Japan and send him boxes all the time and the longest it has ever taken is 3 weeks. Dresslily should be shut down! They are just taking our money and not shipping our product as promised. I will NEVER buy from Dresslily again. Shameful. Just makes me heartbroken that they can take advantage of people the way they do.
I ordered some bracelets from this website in late December, 2014. After waiting a few weeks, I finally submitted a ticket, inquiring on the status of my products. The response was in horribly-broken English, informing me that I needed to wait at least 60 days before requesting a refund. I waited. And waited, and waited, and waited. After 60 days and still no bracelets, I submitted yet another ticket requesting a refund. They had the audacity to tell me they would either 1.) send me the product AGAIN (yeah, let's wait another two months), or 2.) only refund 85%. That's just thievery. For all I know, this is a scam company that claims to sell products, takes your money, then keeps a portion of it when their imaginary products are never received.
After all of these bad reviews, why are people still ordering? I don't get it! I ordered some time ago, didn't know about this site, and was SO disappointed. I donated the clothes that I finally received, that were too small, even though I ordered larges, and I am not a large person, the clothing had such awful awful sewing with crooked hems and loose threads, I donated my stuff to Goodwill. People tell your friends to check out this site. Tell them DO NOT ORDER. Plain and simple yall!

I am truly disgusted with the lack of real customer service with this fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIVES! I placed an order Jan 16, it showed as shipped on Jan 17th. I asked where my order was, first the response was it could take between 7-17 business days, the next response was it could take 15-30 business days but they can't tell me where it is because i didnt pay extra for tracking. I shouldnt have to pay extra, if i place an order and you take my money i expect to be receiving what i paid for! I filed a complaint with econsumer.gov. I will continue to post negative reviews everywhere i can to help others not fall prey to these scam artists.
