The worst experience with a dress I've ever dealt with. After sending pictures and measurements of the dress I ordered they told me I looked like a fairy in my dress and that it was beautiful. It looks awful. The picture showed the corset being around 5 inches long, when I bought my dress it turned out to be about 18 inches long. The lace on the front has big holes in the front. Tried emailing to let them know how unhappy I am and they will not refund me.

I am overall satisfied with with items I purchased from dressilyme, some of the items run a little small, but what helped me make a decision was other customers' reviews! Keep in mind the shipping time is a little lengthy, and I received it withing 3 weeks. Also, any questions or uncertainty I had, when I emailed the support group, I got a friendly polite email that answered every question. Thank you dressilyme! I have referred a few people to this site and they love it too!

I ordered a wedding dress and don't get me wrong, it looks amazing but they completely messed up the measurements of the dress. That can happen but I've been emailing with them for 2 weeks sending them tons of pictures of what is wrong, telling them that I went to a tailor who told me the dress can't be altered and their solution in the end after 20emails was "go have the straps made longer". Are you kidding me? My boobs would be showing and I explained that in the 20 emails. I'm beyond pissed right now

Save your time, effort and money by not ordering from Dressilyme. The fabrics, handcrafts and quality of the dress are horrendous! When I opened my parcels, the sequins and beads from the dress started falling off, the threads were sticking out and it came with a tear on the netting of the dress. I contacted the after sales help and it was no help at all. She told me to get it fixed by myself!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. I wanted burgundy and picked a color number based on dresses they had on their website shown in that color and also a color swatch on their website. The color of the dress that came is bright red, not a color I would wear as the MOB. The company was very responsive but would not let me return the dress, writing it off to my perception of the color. Basically, what is bright red to one person might be burgundy to another. Yeah, right. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that I felt the dress was very well-made. Too bad I can't wear it.

I bought my dress from dressilyme and I was really nervouse! I'm not naïve, I know that it wasn't going to look just like the pic, but i didn't want to look like a cheap bride either. I received my dress and right always I was relieved. The dress was nice, 7 out of 10. I ordered a mermaid dress with a v-shape neck line. The bra was sewn in nicely and it the dress felt well made. The lace wasn't like the picture but it was still nice. ( mind you, I live on Pinterest Im 23 and up to date with the wedding trends). I ended up re-selling my dress online because I'm an idiot and left a pic of me in the dress in my photos on my phone and my fiancé saw it. I bought another dress from them and the Quality was even better. I went with a more simple dress still mermaid and lace but a bit more simple. The lace this time was nicer (idk why) and the measurements were acutare both times.

So overall you get what you pay for, I'm not going to say the dress was fantastic and I recommend this site to everyone, but if you are looking are a nice dress and are understanding that it's not going to look like "Vera Wang" made your dress (cuz she didn't) then yes order a dress from dressilyme me:)

And THEY DO NOT REFUND, it says it on their site, that if you "custom make a dress then you will not be able to refund it" So spare your self all the trouble, just to end up back on this site to make 510th person to write a review about how they won't give you your money back.

Felt lots of anxiety about ordering online. Checked out reviews and decided to take the risk. I Chose a dress that had real life photos from another buyer under feedback. Helped me so much that I want to pay it forward and do the same. I purposely bought a dress too large and will get alterations a month before the big day. 6 months to go. So keep in mind... The dress in the photos is too big and not fitted to my waist yet. I would recommend buying from dressilyme. Though I'm sure it's a bit of luck if you have a good seamstress or not.

I was blown away by the quality of this lovely dress. This dress is fully lined and it also has a built in bra. The color is amazing. If you decided to use your own measurement. You are just going to fill in the measurements they need, they also provide a guide how to get you own measurements.It took about three weeks to make this dress keep in mind this is made to order. So if you are ordering for a big group of ten bridesmaids be sure that you have plenty of time. Do not make an oder two weeks before the special day. The shipping was really fast I got an email from them saying they sent out the dress, next thing I know it was in my door step later that afternoon. I really love the pleated detail on the bodice and on the waistband. The v- neckline is very flattering and not super deep it still looked modest which I really appreciate.

I heard so many stories about ordering dresses from Internet, like it can come dirty or a bad quality and more. I was on a budget so, what to do, right?! I needed the best possible quality at the lowest price. My dress was delivered in 3 weeks and it was wonderful. The stitches are clean, perfect line crinoline, with crystals. My husband likes it too. Don't hesitate to buy it - it really is a great dress! It actually looks in person as it does in the picture. I normally wear a 4/6, am 5'4, and ordered a Medium (black), given the reviews mentioning it running a little small, which now having it I agree with... I was hesitating between a S and M, and probably could have ordered a Small, but am sticking with the M because it fit well and I want to be comfortable. This dress is very flattering - and, like other reviewers noted, you'll get a lot of compliments (people also definitely thought I paid more for the dress than it actually cost)! Some of the photos show the lining almost being so bright, almost looking white; I'm guessing it's because a flash may have been on. The lining is a nude/tan color and the dress shows much more black than lining. When I opened my package the dress was VERY static-y; I ran some water on my hands and then wiped down/on each layer of the dress, which helped a lot. A heel of a at least an inch will help it from being on the floor. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and am glad I took a chance on an unknown-to-me brand!

Ordered my daughter's bridesmaids dresses in June 8 of them, Dress came in about 4 weeks, let me say first, I owed a Bridal store in the past and all I can say is these dresses were top notch!, The quality of these gowns was beautiful, I also order two mother of the bride gowns and both were just amazing! If anyone has a bad experience with this company I'm not sure why because they were great to work with and fast service! Love love!
